I really like this place and have come here since I moved from Seattle in Dec pretty regularly.Tonight, I brought friends from out of town, and even though the place was empty, they had reserve signs on every pc.I understand reserving spots, but not having any computers for your walk-in clientele is pretty disrespectful. It's even more frustrating when you've put time on a card that I've spent money on, and somehow, the person who isn't there gets priority.Definitely take care of your groups of gamers but also have some love for your people who decide to drop by on a whim. Someone like me may never come back if that happens to often.

I absolutely love this PC Cafe! The place is well maintained, with lots of PCs available for use and a super clean environment. The specs on the computers are great, and I appreciate how everything is sanitized for each user. Plus, the prices per hour are really reasonable. What's even better is that I've met some amazing people here who play the same games as me - particularly Valorant. It's become more than just a gaming spot; it's where I've made new friends and had amazing gaming sessions. Definitely my go-to spot for gaming and community!

Nothing short of a wonderful experience and great atmosphere, honestly. Really grand computers to use with TONS of games to play. You won’t be bored or have a lack of entertainment, truly an amazing internet cafe. My friends have been going for a while and it’s became a wonderful spot to go to on occasion and it’s a fairly inexpensive place to be. ?

My friends and I normally come here and always had a great experience with their amazing pcs. One of their younger front desk last year was also very chill and nice. It really depends on the person at the front. Last time we asked them, they mentioned that we can only reserve for a few hours minimum. But now, we were told it needs to be 5 hours minimum which was mentioned on the phone today @5pm 11/18. Which is totally fine, and understandable. Maybe a change in their rules? who knows. But that guy over the phone was so dead, and not very nice. No customer service at all.

With over 20 players and guests attending, the cafe staff were commendably proactive, setting up a dedicated section for our event well before our arrival.To our delightful surprise, they served us delicious pizza on the house, which was a generous gesture and a testament to their exceptional customer service. And when the tournament ran over schedule, they graciously extended our time, ensuring we could wrap up our final match without rushing.While the internet had a few minor hiccups, it held up well for the most part. What stood out, in particular, was the flawless performance of the PCs, and the capability to stream our matches live onto the cafe's TVs, making the experience even more immersive for our audience.All in all, it was a memorable day made even better by the attentive and friendly staff at Cyber Racoon Cafe. Best internet cafe in the bay. They even have a punching machine for you to take out your frustrations.There are usually smokers outside smoking things and the pool table is not parallel to the ground. But besides that, it is great.If you want smaller fun games, you must take time to install them. But they actually put more time on our account everytime we did this.
