Honestly the WORST Denny’s I have ever been to. The service was horrible, I went in on a Sunday around 2:30 to 3:00pm and the place was very slow and almost empty. Waitress was greeted us and sat us down at our table and that was it. She left to walk around the kitchen area and we just sat there waiting to be attended. The cook in the kitchen also just walking around the kitchen not doing anything at all. Then the manager comes out of his room and starts waddling around and goes to a table, touches some Christmas decoration and waddles back to his room. Nobody in this restaurant gaf about the service they provide. As we get up to leave finally the waitress comes up to the table since she saw us getting up. I’m almost at the door and I happen to turn around and see her laughing like this was funny to her for some reason. Honestly, I can’t tell you anything about the food, but the service is horrendous. Here I will never come back to this restaurant again.

We went for lunch, I got a BLT and fries. I asked for side of Mayo, they forgot about it. The BLT had 2 pieces of bacon and old tomatoes. They sat us right away took our order as soon as we sat down since we knew what we wanted, they were about 5 people in the whole restaurant so vary slow. They never checked on us for a refill on drinks or even if we needed anything. We have always loved this Dennys and have come for years. We did notice new workers. We went up to pay and the girl started helping us then called the server over to finish it. After we paid left a tip he didn't say thank you nothing just let us pay and walked away without saying anything. Vary disappointing Dennys!!!!

Food and service were decent. Restrooms STINK. If you sit in a booth near the restrooms you can smell the stale urine. You have to hold your breath while using them. Never come across restrooms that smelled so bad. I wouldn't go back because of them.

Served me sausage reheated and super dry. Why? If you see their food distributor delivering food.. go to a different dennys cuz they're multitasking and the food suffers. San jose has lots of dennys and this ain't the one.

I don't what kind of cleaner they use but it smell bad like birds 💩. We where eating and bugs flying around our food. Was uncomfortable. My daughter was very disappointed. The service was great nice people the food ok. On my opinion they need to change the cleaning supplies and do something with the bugs problems.

I have lived in the area for over 30 years, and I believe the food and service have improved since the remodeling a few years ago. I am AARP member earning me Denny's small discount and retired but the biggest reason to eat here for me is that 24 hr Fitness opened a few years ago.
The alopecia man intentionally charged extra deceiving customers. And he didn’t provide receipt to hide his crime until I asked it. I found the receipt is not match with our meal and he charged much more. I claimed and he gave me $5 cash back. Last visit he also charged much more than served and he adjusted amount upon my claim. I think it is not mistake but a habitual trick. Please every customers ask receipt and check the bill and tip amount carefully before you pay for it.

Older man with a bald cap rude I tried to ask him a question and he straight up said idk that’s not my job! and the lady margarita with the glasses rude as well didn’t let me speak to her about a question I had to ask her, a young man with glasses was very helpful..
