Not happy September 27, 2020 for Friday night try to order at Dominos pizza off the Alameda store 7983#. ordered a pizza got halfway through and was hung up on call back finally got the order then the delivery came dropped off pizza and soda gave no receipt no crushed pepper no Parmesan cheese nothing went to eat the pizza and called them to complain it was very awful salty and too much sauce call back a couple more times was told manager would get to me never did went to Dominoes to get my receipt told the driver you hung up on me when I asked for a receipt before I came and he said yeah I know all I have to say is very bad customer service the owner insisted I came online and sent to complain so that’s what I’m doing I will leave something on yelp after I speak to the owner thank you

The worst service ever. Order 2 hrs ago says it's still baking. Can't cancel the order. Just wasted 50$ on food I didn't get. What a rip off. Lesson learned. And they have the phone ringer off so when you call no one answers

I frequently used to order pizza through apps, but in many instances, i saw staff did not communicate properly with the customers even i saw a guy trying to order for 5 minutes and the staff did not understand and at the end the staff said the card reader does not work and they just wasted everybody's time. This happened 2 months ago, and still to this day, i feel the place should provide better service. Moreover, you guys are also whole indian community look bad in front of everyone.

I ordered the NY style crust, but what I got was the regular hand tossed one. It was still very tasty, and the kids liked it. One star off for giving the wrong crust. Other than that, the pizza and the place deserve 5 stars.

Never received the order. I’ve been waiting to speak to a rep with being on hold for the last 20 minutes as I’m typing this (while being FIRST in line). I even tipped 25%!!! I just want my money back and they’re making the process impossible.UPDATE: I was on hold for 1 hour for them to hang up on me and never resolve the issue. Going back on and forth with email and calls for them to offer me a “FREE PIZZA” that I already paid for.I just wanted a refund but gave me turn around and was not able to contact anyone worth talking to. Worst customer service and will not return. Thank you for nothing :)

I ordered a pizza for delivery online. It was simple and easy enough to do, it automatically added a coupon to my order and even walked me through what I needed to do to claim it. I especially Loved the new tracker feature. Not only did it let me know when my pizza let the store, it even showed me where it was along the delivery route to my house (and how soon it would arrive). The food was not only Hot (except for the cold salad ?) of course, but very delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again the next time we want pizza.
Don't know what they do different, but every time I order from this location it is consistently the best dominos I’ve ever had. It’s like they make it extra cheesy without asking. So good!
A solid Dominos location. Fast and consistent. I am gluten free and dairy free and they use the gluten free crust and let me do "no cheese, extra sauce with lots of pepperoni & sausage" - turns out great every time!

When I arrived, the person at the counter told me that the card reader was not working. Then he cancelled my order and asked me to pay online by ordering again. But this time the order was not going through.We ran to a nearby ATM to get cash, and finally managed to get the order. But the pizza had already gone cold by this time.The crust was not fresh. I ordered chicken, but I got bacon in one of the pizzas. And the next day, my friends and me got our stomachs upset.
