I moved out of the area, but I think about this place all of the time. The food is unmatched & I have driven 10 hours total (round trip) just to eat here again. I honestly can't say enough good things about the food & the service. I love the teas (especially Thai tea) served here, & the frozen dumplings you can take home as well!

Dumpling Capital is one of those rare finds that instantly feels like home the moment you walk in. It’s a cozy, family-owned and family-operated restaurant where you can tell the care and pride that goes into every dish. The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor, with portions that are more than generous. The soup dumplings are a must-try — perfectly delicate, juicy, and comforting. The beef pancake rolls are another standout, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, packed with savory flavor. What I love is that everything tastes so freshly made, not rushed or mass-produced like you get at bigger places. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which makes it easy to keep coming back. I’ve been slowly making my way through the menu, and honestly, everything I’ve tried so far has been excellent. Dumpling Capital is a place I’d happily recommend to friends, family, or anyone looking for truly authentic Chinese comfort food.

Best dumplings, ever!! I'll go again, and again, and again!! I tried the dumplings with lamb and napa cabbage, and the ones with beef and carrots. They were excellent! At the end we ask for the sesame seed balls and oh, wow! They were absolutely amazing!! I love this place!

Not bad for $12 after tax with a discount from my company. I guess I didn’t feel like the cost difference between this and frozen dumplings was justifiable based on the quality? Some of their other items might be worth it though and it is a good homestyle place. The dumpling skin wasn’t chewy enough to my preference but the filling had a good balance between shrimp and chive.

First time here yesterday . Kid at the front was super kind and answered all our questions. It’s nice to see the people making the dumplings 🥟 . Delicious food and will definitely becoming back to this location. Prices are also fair !

Came here for an impromptu craving of dumplings and got seated right away. I liked that they have an extensive menu with lots of options for friends family and kids. I was happy to try some new things and some staples like a simple egg fried rice which my kid absolutely enjoyed. The quantity is good too. We got a bunch of different dumplings like the chicken and chive (which tasted ok) but the shrimp and pork shumai ones were really good. We also got the pancake which was interesting too.

The ambience was very simple.. tables set up in a simple way.. nothing fancy but service was quick for the a lot of us. The paintings on the walls said a nice little story about dumplings and it was really nice to see and learn about that

Fast casual with great food. Usually order take out, but sat inside and ate for the first time. Was so good for either. Like the dumplings are juicy and their pancakes are crispy. Highly recommend. Also has a decent selection for vegetarians which is nice.
