Amazing service right when we arrive! The room was super spacious to accommodate my large group of 15 people. Awesome they have a huge bar and food to order in the kitchen! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely garbage service. Compared to my first visit, this place has been going downfall. Regretting my first review at this point. Food quality needs to get checked. Cleanliness extremely poor, restroom disgusting, be careful when you sit inside the rooms, weird stains get on your clothes. I see them using dirty rags to wipe down tables and sofas, leaving the rag on their counter. I also saw them touching the dirty rags and serving drinks without washing their hands, cat furs everywhere like they have a white cat roaming around. I dont even know how they pass health inspection with such dirty environment. Near by bar is so much better, I will never come back here. Please health inspector, do a better job checking this place.

I came with friends on a tuesday night, and we got the big room with a table. The room has the korean karaoke machine option or the youtube music option, and you could switch midway if you want. The lady was SUPER nice, even gave us 30 mins extra time! Highly recommend for group hang outs!!

EMA is my favorite karaoke bar in Santa Clara. There are many other karaoke bars in the area but I always end up coming back here. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and the machines that give a score are always fun and even have songs in Tagalog! This visit was our first time using the youtube room which is also great for english speakers. Would recommend!

Friendly staff! Definitely our go to karaoke spot. The fries are super bomb. They updated the songs where you can just search instead of flipping through the book of songs. We're a rare breed of Filipinos where we can't sing so the private rooms are perfect for us.

Returning customers... great service! They always take great care of us, party of 11 this time. We had to wait 2 hours for a room. We didn't mind. We hung out on the tables (bar area) .. they were so great to us. Energy and Vibes 100000%%% HAESOO! You are so sweet! Thank you for taking care of our group of 10+
