Did not realize the appetizer was 95.00 which was more expensive than the entrees. In high end restaurants the waiter would normally tell the customer what the price is, saving them the embarrassment of having to ask. Also the dry aged steak was thin, greasy and very fatty. Wife liked the fish in a Steakhouse. Been here dozens of times and the quality keeps getting worse... we're done here. This was not worthy of a 400.00 bill for 2. Back to Mastros we go.

Nice Anniversary set up. Drinks were good definitely recommend the blueberry lemon drop. We had to ask 3 different people for bread it seemed like our waiter was never to be found the whole night. Food came out and it and it was cold after waiting for about 2 hours, very disappointing but the manager was very kind enough to bring out a whole new batch for us. Received my new steak and noticed it was well done compared to medium well at that point I was starving and didn't want to wait another hour for food. We received complimentary champagne and dessert as well overall the manager really made the difference in our experience. Would probably not come back but very much appreciated the hospitality from the manager.

Food, service and place rating of my experience with my wife on our February ‘24 visit is very good. Prices are comparable to other high end places, their attention to our special occasion was impressive. Park lot gets filled quickly but they offer valet also-fyi. Thanks to the santa clara staff.

Adequate dinner Saturday night. The kitchen struggled throughout our early dinner. The “B” crew appeared to be manning the kitchen. Food was slow to come out with especially long waits between courses, and this was before it started getting busy. They also missed on my steak temperature. They corrected, but this does further disrupt the flow and experience of the dinner. My wife's calamari was rather overcooked. Service was okay, though a bit too casual, though well meaning, for supposed fine dining. Not our best experience here. Quite bumpy of an unnecessarily elongated dinner.

We went to Fleming's Santa Clara for lunch. This Fleming's is the only one in northern California that serves lunch until 3 PM. We shared an excellent large caesar salad and then each had the filet mignon lunch entree with spinach. The cabernet reduction sauce was excellent, and steaks cooked to perfection. Excellent service in a relaxing, luxurious setting. We highly recommend this Fleming's !

Fleming's was fantastic! Great service, great wine options, perfectly cooked entree. The black miso sea bass was amazing and the vegetables accompanied were fresh and creatively prepared and delicious. Awesome, will go again and again.

Disappointing. I normally drive out of my way to the Santa Clara location because of the service and food quality. Originally booked my reservation for 4 but called the restaurant earlier in the week to update it to 7. Arrived and our table was not ready. Service was poor as they only brought out waters for half the table, bread service didn't come out until 20 mins after we ordered. One of our sides never came out and we asked the waiter 3 times and finally got the manager involved and he brought it out. My Tomahawk was really fatty and lacked flavor, at least a quarter of the steak was fat. We ordered dessert and after 15 mins or so, they brought it out and told us they were out of ice cream. One of the desserts was a banana foster. The waiter couldn't have come to us sooner to let us know so we could order another dessert?

Fleming's Steakhouse offers an exquisite dining experience with a focus on mouthwatering steaks and delightful drinks. The ambiance is sophisticated, creating a perfect setting for a special evening. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The extensive wine list complements the menu well, offering a variety of options to enhance the dining experience. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless meal. Fleming's is a go-to destination for those seeking top-notch steaks and a memorable dining experience.

We regularly use Fleming's for special occasions (birthday this time). The food is wonderful and the steaks are almost always cooked the way we like them (medium well - just a glimmer of pink). That was true this time. The noise level was very high and the booth we were seated in was very wide, making talking (actually listening) very difficult. The place was very full which likely contributed to the fairly slow service. The worst part about this Fleming's location is the parking. With multiple restaurants, a Whole Foods, and other stores, the best parking is 2 blocks away in a municipal parking garage (free for three hours).

Food was pretty underwhelming for the cost you're paying for. Besides sitting next to a lady with her baby crying the entire evening, the service seemed unprepared, and understaffed. Oysters - great Shrimp cocktail - very good Scallops - ok, but lacking seasoning and flavor 16oz prime Ribeye - cooked perfectly m/r, and had a great char, but tasted off or not fresh. Lobster Mac and cheese - no flavor, noodles undercooked, and unnecessarily draped with melted cheese. Chunks of lobster, that had zero flavor. Brussels - very good Add on King Crab - portion was fine, but had such little flavor. I'd even have been fine with it, if they at least have some melted butter. Overall disappointing experience for $400+. Will not come back.

It's been a few years but went here on Thanksgiving Day. There was pluses and minuses and some were given. Given was that it was Thanksgiving and we had a reservation for 3:30pm and it was packed. We got seated about 30 minutes later. The initial service was great from the Hostesses to the Waiter. However, later it was hard to get the waiter (as it was busy) and he just dropped off my bill and walked away towards the end. He was very courteous to us as was the other staff, but in terms of a review I can't give it a 5 star since we had to wait a lot in between and then the bill just landed on our table. Also when we received the bill back from paying, it was just dropped off on our table without a word. Probably we stayed a little too long and they needed to fill the seat quickly with new reservations. For the food, we ordered from both the prix fixe menu and from the main menu. The starters were great as we had the lobster bisque and the Fleming salad. We also had the Turkey Dinner as the entree as well as the Rib Eye. The turkey was unfortunately dry and the stuffing not great as well. But what they did right which was the Rib Eye. That was outstanding. Also we ordered from the main menu the sea bass in miso and that was also a winner. Their bread and butter (so to speak) dishes shined but their Thanksgiving dishes wasn't as that par level. Also ordered both of their speciality drinks for the evening (old fashioned and espresso martini). Actually no on in the bar ordered the old fashioned that I could see although server did recommend it. I tried it and it wasn't too bad. They also had an espresso martini. That was unfortunately a little light and too sweet. Though the wine drinkers on the table did like it since it was smooth and sugary. Overall it was a good evening, though wished we stuck with what Fleming is known for as will do that next time. I also give a pass for now on the service due to it being a holiday.

We had a great lunch Friday. It started with the serving of our favorite spread, the Cabernet onion, with the bread service. Oh, so tasty! The bread has been changed and we approve of that as well. It's a bit softer and more easily pulled apart. I started with my usual, the French onion soup. Delicious! For entrees, my wife went with the lunch salmon, her mother the calamari appetizer, and I the lunch 6oz. filet Mignon. For a side, we shared the lobster mashed potatoes. These were a hit, though everything was delicious! For dessert we finished with the chocolate lava cake. They use premium chocolate and the result is the most delicious of experiences. Fantastic lunch! Service was attentive and professional. Classy setting as usual.

Our experience started off well, a manager came to us and told us a waiter would be with us soon and made some recommendations for us, food wise. We ordered and then never saw anyone again - they definitely forgot about us. Finally asked the bar tender about our food and they brought it out and it was cold. They were unfortunately understaffed and it felt really chaotic. Service and food were not worth the price.

Fleming'a SC is a sure bet in Silicon Valley. It has great food and service. Is a little pricey but the relative value is good given it is near the major companies in the Valley.

Excellent dinner yesterday. Food was perfectly prepared from start to finish. My wife and I shared a Caesar salad to start. Entrees enjoyed were the petite filet Mignon for myself, salmon for my wife, and chicken for her mother. We shared a sizable well loaded baked potato. Dessert, of course, was their most delicious chocolate lava cake. Excellent selection of wines by the glass as usual. Service was efficient and professional. Ambiance was pleasant in one of their large, comfortable booths.
