Friendly staff and good selection of food items. Bottles of water were ready on each table. Server was helpful with menu questions and gave recommendations. Food was good and tasty (aside from the one that was way too spicy)Cons: space looked somewhat unorganized. It took a long time and two reminders for an additional item.Even though it was noted for our food to be “very very mild” it was very spicy that I took it home, soaked it in water and washed the sauce totally off but it was still spicy!Kid-friendliness: Not at all, even mild spicy is way too spicy for kids

The food is great, customer service is great. The owner is always there to make sure all customers have a great experience. Definitely recommend the chai here, methi chicken appetizer, chicken biryani. I would recommend this place for a great food.

Best Indian food not far from the SF 76ers Levi's Stadium, food and the ambience makes you feel like homeI asked for something not spicy, they recommended Butter Chicken, OMG, it just so yummy, not to mention their garlic bread, love it !!!

Location is kind of weird, it's dark with limited light on the plaza. We locked our cars and reconfirmed there was nothing in it which may attract theft. They sell Indian beer and mango lassi, we love the mango lassi, thick mango yogurt and we drank it to ease the spiciness of their foods. Deep fried cauliflower was the best, naan (onion and original) just average, tikka masala chicken was just okay, the biryani rice was a bit plain with curry chicken hid under the rice, we thought they gave us plain rice instead of briyani, i had better biryani elsewhere. the worst part is the butter chicken, long story short, we asked for mild, but the food was still too spicy for us, we told the waiter, there was an old man approached us and suggested butter chicken, so we ordered and it was not spicy but so sweet, so creamy, like a dessert. This was the sweetest butter chicken I had ever.

The food is great. Be careful of the spice level, it can get really spicy if you ask for it. The owner is super sweet. It's my go-to place for briyani. Highly

Santa Clara near TCS and Citrix building, the place serves Indian food. Yes, you can expect spicy or medium spicy, Indian milk tea/coffee and snacks to be exactly meeting your expectations. The place looks old but fine dining. The food items I tried were Biriyani, chilli paneer, naan, chapati, gangura paneer, chilli bajji and all the items were satisfying.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options.Parking: Parking is available.

Great place for Chicken Pakora and other appetizers and dishes, customized to your Indian taste buds. Team caters and serves to your specific needs and made Chilli Egg though not in the menu. Will visit again and again!

A small space that delivers on the flavors. We stopped by on a weeknight craving spicy Indian food and Golkonda lived up to our expectations. We had the Andhra chicken curry, kadai paneer, gobi Manchurian and a variety of naans and rice. Food was quick to arrive and had a good spice level which we appreciated. I noticed several takeout orders, and considering their home style flavors, I wasn't surprised. Service was prompt and courteous and our server was helpful I'm suggesting spicy dishes when we asked for recommendations. We did have to ask for the sides of onions and lemon which are typically served with the food in a lot of Indian places. Overall, a solid take out spot, I'll be back!

It seems that the Butter Chicken has already received overwhelmingly great reviews and I would like to add another. I have had this dish at other Indian Restaurants and they do not compare to how awesomely delicious this tasted. The garlic Naan Bread was equally delectable. They seem to also have a great pickup and Uber Eats/Door Dash following. I endorse this establishment with five stars!

Love Golkonda! The only reason I don't eat here every other day is bc they serve serious-level spicy seasoning in their food. I take all my colleagues here for lunch or dinner, and there's never been a complaint. Their South Indian lineup is on point as well. Serving up some of the best dosas, vadas, chapati, & yogurt rice.

We had their catered food at one of our friends place and decided to try it out. After trying out a couple of times, overall food is average. Their briyanis basically are average and food is also on the spicier side. Their appetizers were good namely chicken 65 and their stuffed mirchi. Other than the appetizers nothing to take away.

My brother and I tried for this place for the first time. He got the country chicken and I got the butter chicken with the medium spice level. This was my first time trying butter chicken in general and it was delicious! I had my girlfriend try and the spice level was just right for us, but we still think it was strong for medium. She had a slight allergic reaction, just a few itches, but she continued eating it because that's how much we enjoyed it! Great place to try new Indian dishes if you're looking to explore!

A hidden gem when you are craving for some scrumptious Indian food. It's a casual, no frills restaurant tucked away in a corner behind the Shell gas station. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were welcomed by the delicious aroma of the food, instantly transporting us to the restaurants in India. We happened to come here by chance when searching for some dinner options while heading back home after a tiring day and had zero expectations as we had never heard of this restaurant before. But we liked the flavors so much that we are excited to go back and try more dishes on the menu. For appetizer we had the methi chicken and it was a bit oily yes but delicious nonetheless. The flavor of methi was blending so perfectly with the chicken. The chicken was also moist and cooked well. In the main course we had the Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani and the spices in the biryani were so good that I can't wait to try their other biryani options. They were quite generous in their quantity of raita unlike lot of other biryani restaurants. Their service was pretty quick and the server was extremely nice in giving us recommendations when we told him it's our first time. He even asked us later on to give him honest feedback about the food and if we wanted to try anything else. All in all, great food, great service and great value for money.
