We went to support a school fundraising event and surprise to get a receipt that did not state any charge code for the school.

Instead- I heard two cashiers communicated with each other- just do the transactions as normal and put the receipt separately.

On the drink - we asked for min sugar in the drink and they told us that the lowest is 50%. So the drink came out overly sweet for us. Very disappointing trip!

There are many charred objects at the bottom. They are very disgusting and unsafe to drink.

Such nice little place. Do try their seasonal flavors. Highly recommend the biscoff milk tea with pearls.

More than terrible. 1. They gave me a wrong one and wanted to pull some and added on what I asked for. 2. It tasted toxic, like some soap water in it. Not dare to drink. Waste of money. Actually very disgusting and disappointing while Gongcha was my favorite one.

1. I wish there were fruit (strawberry z mango, etc.) teas with black tea. The menu only lists fruit teas with green teas. I ordered a custom drink and it came out to $10+

2. I got a hot medium, and the black tea tasted burnt and the strawberry syrup did not come through at all

3. The hot medium cup does not have a straw hole. I would appreciate a cup that I could drink boba pearls through please.

4. There were barely any boba pearls

Favorite boba tea in the bay area. We always get the oolong milk tea with boba and no sugar. It's consistently good.

Waste of money. Had the winter melon and asked for less sweet. Took one sip and it’s wayyyyy too sweet. Their solution was to water it down for me. I don’t want to pay for a watered down drink. They refused to make me something else and refused to give me a refund. Had to toss it. Believe the low reviews here and go somewhere else.

Brown Sugar Milk tea with 50% ice 50% sweet, perfectly executed!

I paid $8.05 for a milk tea with boba and less ice that tasted completely watered down. Overall, it was a 3/10 at best; there are many other boba shops in the area that are better and cheaper.

We just stopped by, and the milk foam coffee was absolutely delicious. The smoothie was also great and very satisfying. What really stood out was how warm and friendly the cashier was. If I come back, it’ll definitely be because I remember how kind the staff was. Thank you!

Wayyyy too sweet!! Highly recommend getting 50% or less sugar. and not much actual tea flavor

Boba was so delicious! I got the brown sugar milk tea. Only downside was it took 20 min to make a drink, but at least it tasted good

I visited twice and was impressed both times. The first time, I tried their iced oolong milk tea with less sugar—refreshing and flavorful, perfect for a lighter treat. On my second visit, I went for the brown sugar smoothie milkshake with Crème brûlée foam, which was indulgent and delicious. Highly recommend both options! Just be careful don't add extra brown sugar or ice cream, they are already included in the brown sugar milkshake.

The worst Earl grey tea ever! It was my first time trying Gong cha and I saw pretty good reviews about their earl grey & thought of giving it a try & it was the worst decision. The drink tasted like it had pineapple essence even though I added coconut jelly not sure where they messed up. They don’t even offer pineapple jelly but still it tasted so artificial. Almost seemed like drinking pineapple syrup or it could be that the jelly was stale. Highly disappointed
