Came here because we were in the area and suddenly wanted some milk tea. This one was the closest that has higher reviews. The drinks were not bad. We ordered one Pearl milk tea and one Milk Foam milk coffee. The milk tea was hustling average compared to other boba places, but their milk foam milk coffee was actually good. For that, I’d give you 4 stars. The place was decorated cutely.Parking: Free shopping plaza parking lotsKid-friendliness: Kids love milk teaWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside

I want to love gong cha, but this place is hit or miss on drinks. I asked for 50% ice but half the cup still had ice on the medium brown sugar milk tea. The other was large but fine for ice. Other times, I feel like they don't adjust the 50% on the sweetness either.

Great service at this location! Patient, helpful employees. You can either order at the register, on a kiosk, or online. I had a gift card but apparently this location hasn't received the card reader. They tried to manually input the card number and when that didn't work, they said I could try scanning it on the kiosk. No luck. I tried downloading the app but did you know there are over three different Gong Cha Apps?? Have to download the California one specifically. It didn't accept gift card payment but I found enough points for a free drink. So it was basically BOGO since I treated a friend to boba. As soon as my order went through to the kitchen with a "ding", the employee presented us with our drinks already made! He had anticipated that we'd order no matter what. Gingerbread bottles + special milk teas are only $7! If the drink doesn't already come with boba, it's 70 cents extra. *Gingergread Boba Milk Tea + Milk Foam (substituted grass jelly instead, less sweet available)*Taro Milk Tea (no caffeine) + Milk Foam, added bobaCreamy sweet and they don't add ice to these drinks. The bottles are so cute and have a little bitty scarf. The milk foam is like crema, a little sweet n savory from sea salt. Gingerbread wasn't too pronounced but it did have a few holiday spices. I do like having ice in my drinks but the whole novelty of these holiday beverages surpassed that need, plus it was cold out. Stop by before they run out!

My online order was ready when I arrived so I went in and out quickly. Small space with a handful of tables, with an Instagram-ready wall if you're into that.Vegetarian options: They use a non-dairy creamer, but milk foam uses dairy

Good and reliable milk tea! The staff here work quickly and they're friendly. I always get their Wintermelon Milk Foam. Soooo good. They have other refreshing drinks like their Longan Honey Drink or their QQ Passionfruit Tea. Overall, not my favorite boba shop - but a decent one in the area.

An adequate milk tea restaurant. Very fast service. The milk tea itself is unremarkable, which is disappointing considering the higher cost. The non-dairy creamer is good but there's not a lot of black tea flavor. There's limited indoor seating but some outdoor seating.

One of my favorite boba places. Friendly staff clean store front and delicious boba. I usually order the panda milk tea which is milk tea with crystal and honey boba. My kid gets a strawberry marble which they enjoy.

First time ordered boba here on our way home.Three drinks: passion fruit green tea with boba,Panda boba, Thai tea with boba.Great service and drinks!

I cannot get over their Panda drink, it's the perfect combination of tea, boba and... I call them clear bobas, lol! I also don't add any sugar and get the "low ice" option.Make sure they don't mess up your drink because the panda is not the same if any elements are missing (this has happened to me twice). Also, avoid the coconut jellies, they have a sunblock-like taste to them I didn't really enjoy.

The worst service ? and they didn't want to serve me, not because I'm Latino and not Asian, I don't know, but for me it was racist and I'm not going back to that place. But there are more places where I can go and they tend to me better with more

Came by Gong Cha after a few drinks at Barebottle brewing.I haven't had Gong Cha in awhile, so decided to try it out!I ordered:QQ passion fruit green tea $5.75sub coconut jelly for bobalarge +$0.5030% sweet25% iceDrink was $6.25 in total. Boba was cooked well, not overly sweet, and tea flavor was just right.Definitely will be back!Plaza parking, otherwise, you can park across the street in the garage.
