Unmarinated meat was my favorite dipped in the salt and pepper sauce. Pork neck was surprisingly delicious along with the beef tongue (not as bad as it sounds, it is thinly sliced).

We arrived at 7:30 PM and were told to join the waiting list. We were the first name on the list and even spoke directly to the owner when we arrived. So we waited — outside, for 30 minutes — with absolutely no update. Then out of nowhere, the owner finally tells us we’ll need to wait at least another hour because of existing reservations.
Why wasn’t this mentioned up front? If reservations are going to take priority no matter what, just say so. Don’t make walk-in customers wait around with false expectations. It’s incredibly disrespectful to waste people’s time like this. A simple explanation at the beginning would’ve saved us half an hour of standing around for nothing.

Expensive resturant and when I left a standard 15% tip the server insisted I tip more and he did it in a curt and rude manner. Meh and unexceptional service anyways, I didn't even recieve rice which was complimentary untilI asked for it. Just an offputting and rude experience. If this is the respect that customers are treated with what does it say about the resturants respect for the customers in terms of things like santiation and safety of foods and kitchen appaartus especially when expenses can be cut.

Generic food. Extremely bad service and attitudes. The team treated one party nicely but everyone else in a shitty manner. Our requests were ignored 3 times at least. This is the first time getting this experience in my lifetime.

I liked the food. But the servers ask for more tip nothing is enough for them. One waitress actually called me poor many times for giving them “little tip” tho it wasn’t and I spent more than $150 and I go there often. I didn’t deserve that. So rude. I wouldn’t recommend.

First off, parking sucked, had to find street parking. When we got in, thought the food was not bad, but when the bill came out, it was no itemized, and in my head I was not sure if they added a surcharge already for gratutity. Was not sure because it just gave me the total and asked for a tip, not sure If i was being scammed or not, I added an extra 15 to an unusually high bill for 2. The server came back and said "this is not even a 10 percent tip", "can you check off one of the other boxes" (he was referring to the suggested tips with percentages). Extremely off putting, if you want to charge more than do it, but don't go begging me for an additional tip at the end of my meal. Tipping is optional not mandatory. Poor way of doing business, I would have returned back if it wasn't for their unprofessional behavior.

One of my regular Korean bbq place! Just get combo with your friends or family and grab soju and beer and mix them make Sojubomb and make your stomach happy with pork belly and grilled kimchi
Food was decent. Watch out for them chasing you down for a bigger tip. Fyi they add 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more and will still follow you out the door asking for a bigger tip. They'll also lie and say that they didn't add the gratuity even though it's stated on the receipt. Bad form on their part.
