The Tonkotsu broth and original thick noodles were great and the free garlic/chilli was divine (got 2 servings of the chilli) chashu belly was melt in your mouth delicious but portion wise was a bit lacking.
The main pain point was the wait honestly. I think I waited about an hour due to a nearby convention and being a walk-in customer. Definitely try to get a reservation if you want to try their ramen.
The MAIN thing I liked was how they included a 15% service feeand tell you about it upfront and don't ask for additional gratuity! What a huge surprise considering the other places I've been to.
Side note: place is cashless.

We are regular here and come back just for the tonkatsu ramen and chicken karage. It happens to be also my 10 year old son’s favorite place as well.
The staff is friendly and respectful though we always look for our favorite server Sophie. Cool place with its focus is on the food.

Delicious vegan ramen and pork rice bowl. Evelyn was a super friendly waitress. The tap water was also infused with fruit, nice touch.

The food is great- I love thick noodles, so I'm always glad when given an option. The only issue I have is that there are 2 ways to reserve a table- online and in paper (inside the restaurant). And, they WILL prioritize the online ones over the in person ones. It's silly. And while the server was apologetic, I have no real inclination to return.

The service for pickup orders is pathetic. They stand right in front of you, walk by you without any acknowledgement. Didn't even call out my name when the order was ready for pickup.

We really liked the ramen here. We got the classic ramen. It comes with curly noodles. We ordered another with thin noodles but it actually taste better with the curly ones. It was rich, creamy and delicious.
Came here a few weeks ago and was delightfully greeted by Sophie! Sophie was super friendly and I love her energy! She answered all of our questions! We got the edamame and vegan ramen which was delicious and filling! Will def come back! Thanks Sophie :)

I had the Shoyu Ramen. It was the best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was light and enjoyable to drink.
The wait was far too long. My group went in on a Thursday during lunchtime.

Delicious Ramen! Egg and pork were both super flavorful. Would definitely come again when in the area.
