I can’t stop saying enough about Kevin, Aaliyah and Rosio they continue to give a million star service to their customers more than just helpful. They’re always ready to serve with a smile and professionalism along with positive attitudes and great personalities. These employees are extremely brilliant at what they do. I continue to hope and pray that they are always acknowledge for their good service in this company from the higher-ups or the CEOs or the owners. They deserve the best.

I came late at night to get a few tacos and chose here instead of Taco Bell down the street at ordered 4 tacos. I get to the window and ask for some hot sauce as I always love to double up on the hot sauce. The employee gave me a grin laughing nervously saying they didnt have any hot sauce. I was like ok and figured they were just out of the packets.: I got home and the tacos had 0 hot sauce in them and was just meat tortilla and lettuce. They should have let me know when I first ordered them. Not acceptable at all!

Im came from across the world, seeking and searching for the amazing clown called Jack in the box! When i found he was close to my location, i sprinted on my hands (because i lost my legs to the chuckee cheese incident). I asked if Jack was outside of the box so i can see him but the employee said that ill have to wait and see????? EMPLOYEES AM I RIGHT🙏 I guess i had to order a man in a box because logic but when i spent my not-stolen money and opened the box to see my boy Jack, HE WASNT THERE!! I crashed out and turned the place inside out for my Jack-y-poo but he was no where to be seen. I may or may not have made the shop go KABOOM and i grew legs to escape in time. ONLY GOOD THING IS I GREW MY LEGS BACK

So I placed an order online and the person was going to pick it up was my significant other. Since I can't leave my work when he had dropped it off I was about to take my lunch a part of the order was missing I kept calling the phone number multiple times with no answer. Hopefully they can refund me or provide the order that was not provided. I would go to the workplace and get it and let them know but then again I cannot leave a workplace for lunch

The food was fresh and tasted awesome. The service was outstanding and the employees prepared my food quickly. They were kind, polite and respectful as well. I tried one their milk shakes and I was surprised at how good it tasted. It tasted as good a fancy restaurant or diner milkshake. This is one of the best Jack in the Boxes in the San Jose area, and the college girls that frequent the restaurant are California dimes.
On 1/21/25 at 9:10 pm. Went through drive thru no other customers just our car. Took along time for our order to be given. Fries were cold, wrong sandwich given, didn’t get our drink and we were the only customers there. Looked like employee was by herself and all that for $30 Horrible!! Should have gone to “In n Out” for $20 bucks. Would have gone back to make this right but we were traveling. Worst Jack N the box we have ever gone to

I don’t know what’s the problem ordering some food without something you don’t like . Well I order in the drive through. And tell the lady I wanted the combo 22 she was sorry I can’t hear you say it one more time , I did a little bit louder and nothing I can’t hear you, ok went I place the order I told her several times I want it without the sauce(meat) just egg and cheese in my SSG croissant but what happens she was I can’t hear them ok sooner I opened the box pum ssg on my food I hate the smells of that . Bad service it was an Indian lady .

Very bad service i suggest never go this restaurant unprofessional people 4 people working all are unprofessional showing like they don't know anything if they don't know how much time food will take to get prepared why they are working over there main thing a heavy guy working over there never recommend to anyone i think he should be fired useless people working over there.
