The food was fresh and tasted awesome. The service was outstanding and the employees prepared my food quickly. They were kind, polite and respectful as well. I tried one their milk shakes and I was surprised at how good it tasted. It tasted as good a fancy restaurant or diner milkshake. This is one of the best Jack in the Boxes in the San Jose area, and the college girls that frequent the restaurant are California dimes.
I don’t know what’s the problem ordering some food without something you don’t like . Well I order in the drive through. And tell the lady I wanted the combo 22 she was sorry I can’t hear you say it one more time , I did a little bit louder and nothing I can’t hear you, ok went I place the order I told her several times I want it without the sauce(meat) just egg and cheese in my SSG croissant but what happens she was I can’t hear them ok sooner I opened the box pum...
Overall great but this morning staff on April 4th do not pay attention to orders. I order a sausage biscuit with fries instead got hashbrowns. And then got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Instead got a biscuit with egg?! Check your orders before you leave this location.
