My mobile order earlier tonight was HILARIOUSLY incorrect. Like… how can you get it SO wrong when the receipt on the bag literally has everything written on it?? What an over priced mess. Also, expect stale fries every time. Like literally, a 24 hour cycle of stale fries. It’s pretty impressive actually. Can’t wait for the generic copy and paste “Sorry to hear about your experience. I can't probably fault this particular JiB location because it most likely can fit other longtime fast food chains well (McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's etc) due to high inflations & state minimum wage laws.

I got a coupon off T-Mobile Tuesday app, so I made my order through Jack's app (part of the deal making people download) & purchased a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger. The mobile ordering went quite smoothly, no issues there. When I arrived at this Santa Clara location, it was about 6:30pm with a couple people dining in (kinda sad, at this dinner time, the dining room should be close to being full), and also there was 3 people ahead of me waiting on line to purchase or mobile pickup.

The gent ahead of me suddenly started yelling at the cashiers, "Hey, you gotta take some orders at the cashiers as well!" - as the lone older cashier seemed to be serving only telephone orders first, while leaving customers waiting in line second. Then, there was this male employee who kept going in and out from the kitchen through the side door and going to the beverage area to get something, why couldn't he open up the second register??🤔🤔🤔

If you compare this scenario to 2 miles down El Camino, the cars waiting in line to get through In-&-Out Burgers are incredibly long, and yet this Jack had troubles serving only a few, no wonder nobody was there.

And the food ,

I thought the so called JUMBO Jack Cheeseburger, not only the taste wasn't jumbo (so bland!) and the size wasn't jumbo either - this should have been called a JUNIOR!🙁☹️☹️☹️

This is my neighborhood Jack in the box usually have had pretty good experiences. However, the last couple experiences the employees seem pretty rude and don't seem like they wanna be doing their job. The last 2 times they never offered any extra sauce. And then when I ask for it, they wanted to charge me for it. Jack in the box. Please don't be like McDonald's. Don't charge for extra sauce.

I enjoyed my meal and was happy with the service. Everything done by the employees was done well.What was not that great was the temperature in the lobby. There was noA/C and the lobby was uncomfortably warm. Also, there were wet floor signs left of perpetually dry floors. They should be put away. The doors were quite dirty with smears all over the glass.The service was good. The food was extremely fresh and tasty.Toobad the lobby was a heat box.

I normally dont write reviews but i had to to spread the word… this is the second time in a row i ordered a double jack with cheese and they just give me a regular, so i decided to call the location and was greeted with a very sarcastic “hello” and they didnt even give me a refund. Not to mention they didnt give any napkins or sauces for the tacos I ordered as well. Im upset enough that they couldnt give me a refund, however, I used to work in fast food myself and it was mandatory that we answered the phone with “hi welcome to …., what can we can we help you with?”, not a “hello” and we always made sure to leave napkins condiments and forks/spoons with every single order. Very disappointed, i feel like a karen writing this review but as someone who used to work in this industry, this is unacceptable. Never eating here again

Whoever is running the show here today at 1030 am. needs to stop selling old and stale hashbrowns to customers. I paid almost 19 dollars for my breakfast and expect fresh hashbrowns. Don't serve me the ones that's been sitting up there for 45 minutes because you couldn't sell them, and give those stale cold thing for me to eat, instead of throwing them away like you should.
