This is My favorite JB…. Late night, there’s always a long line, but don’t let that fool you. They/we know! … how good the food is, and how skilled the staff is to get that line through quick enough not to loose us “foodies”. This is by far the best location around.

I appreciate that the food is consistent, the service is fast, and my order always comes out right. The staff is always polite and courteous. Usually has good deals on the app.
Onion rings contained 3 rings. Tacos look terrible. Burger is missing ingredients. Don’t order from here if you can afford to.

The service was EXTREMELY BAD and they just take our money and give us NOTHING. We made a mobile order and one of the item was unavailable. But there is NO WAY to get a refund. We just paid our money on NOTHING. Tried to talk to store staff so see if we can exchange for other items but they were so busy and just ignored us.

Really disappointed with the service took my drive thru order wrong despite having to repeat the order more than 3 times. It was a simple munchie meal order nothing else.

My mobile order earlier tonight was HILARIOUSLY incorrect. Like… how can you get it SO wrong when the receipt on the bag literally has everything written on it?? What an over priced mess. Also, expect stale fries every time. Like literally, a 24 hour cycle of stale fries. It’s pretty impressive actually. Can’t wait for the generic copy and paste “Sorry to hear about your experience. You should always expect the best from us and hope you give us another chance “ response
