I stop by this Jack in the Box in Cupertino pretty often—it’s kind of my go-to spot. The food is always hot and fresh, and they get the orders right. Staff is friendly and quick, even late at night, and the drive-thru moves faster than most places around here. Super reliable when I just want something easy and tasty.

Employee could not speak clearly, there was defibrillator a language barrier. They had a employee with the pressure washer right by the ordering kiosk which made it even harder to understand her. I drove up to the window to place my order, which was easier but she still some how understood churros that I never ordered. So I paid and got churros that are not great.

Seriously, if you're looking for a good hamburger this is not the place. Jack in the box burgers are tasteless. The staff is more concerned with online orders and drive through than taking care of walking customers.

Stopped by at around midnight and Reyna was working the drive thru. She showed EXCELLENT customer service and handed me my food with a smile all while multitasking…and no I don’t know Reyna personally. Just noting that she deserves recognition and a raise ! Haha

This location is one of, if not, the best Jack locations. The tacos here are god tier. the people at the drive thru are always super nice. I haven't had a bad meal or bad experience in the many times I've gone here. the problem is, they make it hard for me to go to any other Jack location...

Had a very confusing exchange with a drive thru employee who berated me for being too early for my food. I wasn’t insistent or impatient in waiting, there was no one else in the drive thru, and my food was ready when I got to the window. If my food is ready, should I wait for it to get cold?
