During a recent visit to Jack in the Box, I tried their BBQ chicken and chicken nuggets, accompanied by their ranch sauce. The BBQ chicken was tender and flavorful, with a smoky sweetness that was quite enjoyable. The chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside and moist inside, providing a satisfying bite. They didn't have churros on a Monday at around 8:00 pm! The lady just turned me away! How about making it fresh for a paying customer? I guess customer service is not on their nice list this holiday season!
The late night drive thru employees scammed me out of $28 tonight. I ordered two of those appetizer boxes with the tacos, fries, churros and onion rings, and six regular tacos. The employee first was rude and clearly annoyed that we were there as it was apparently close to closing; (the sign said 24 hours) and he told us not to come back at this time again. He then handed us a bag that upon opening it at home, contained just four tacos and handfuls of sauce. None of the other food was in the bag! They got away with pocketing my money ( I paid cash) by filling our food bag with sauces to make it seem like there was food in there. Clearly it was intentional! This is extremely unprofessional and wrong and I sincerely hope that Jack in the Box can remedy this situation because those employees that were closing tonight are not positively representing this establishment at all!
