What’s going on at this Jamba?! The way the employees treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday, I watched them gang up on a customer who simply asked for better service, trying to hold them accountable.
She spoke to me afterwards, and I told her I’ve had similar frustrations. Honestly, the staff act more like high school bullies than professionals. What the hell is going on here? How is this place so badly mismanaged? This isn’t just bad service — it’s toxic.
I’m not coming back, and I’m making sure my friends and relatives know to avoid this place too.

We place a large order every week with Jamba Juice at the Mercado in Santa Clara, and the service is consistently outstanding! Marisa, the district manager, is incredibly professional and attentive. Shift leaders, Cheyenne and Ray, are always friendly, organized, and make the process so easy. Orders are always ready on time, accurate, and handled with care. Excellent customer service every single week. Highly recommend this location for both personal visits and catering needs!

I usually love coming to Jamba and I'm a regular at this location, but I’ve noticed something pretty concerning during my visits. Almost every time I come in, there’s a blonde hispanic girl working, and someone who I assume is her boyfriend, always hanging around in the back. He comes behind the counter, makes drinks, and goes in and out even though it’s clear he doesn’t work there. It feels really unsanitary and unprofessional, especially when they’re showing quite a bit of PDA while people are trying to order. What’s worse is that while they’re hanging out, it seems like the other employees are left to do most of the work on their own. It doesn’t seem fair to the staff or respectful to customers.

Drove here from Twin Creeks because kid wanted an açaí bowl after a soccer tournament. Website says open until 7 pm. Parking is terrible. At 6:30 pm, staff told us no bowls because the need to shut down to close at 7 pm. If you say you’re open until 7 pm, everything should be available until closing time.

Jamba is my go-to for healthy treats. I always get the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl or smoothie. I’m diabetic and this works for me, (my fellow diabetics reading this, please don’t take this as a snack suggestion, we are all different); but without the granola, it doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Anyway, service here is fast, and friendly, with lots of sunshine.😄 The items on the menu are customizable, and that’s a good thing if you know what you want. The food and smoothies are good, healthy, tasty options if you’re looking for something different to sate some craving or in case of munchies.😜 This branch is located in a strip mall, so there’s plenty of parking; be aware though that this area is busy most of the time. Other than that, this Jamba branch is my favorite location, for smoothies, and because of the staff; they’re the ones who add that ingredient of sunshine even on a gray, damp day.✌️
