We place a large order every week with Jamba Juice at the Mercado in Santa Clara, and the service is consistently outstanding! Marisa, the district manager, is incredibly professional and attentive. Shift leaders, Cheyenne and Ray, are always friendly, organized, and make the process so easy. Orders are always ready on time, accurate, and handled with care. Excellent customer service every single week. Highly recommend this location for both personal visits and catering needs!
Jamba is my go-to for healthy treats. I always get the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl or smoothie. I’m diabetic and this works for me, (my fellow diabetics reading this, please don’t take this as a snack suggestion, we are all different); but without the granola, it doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Anyway, service here is fast, and friendly, with lots of sunshine.😄 The items on the menu are customizable, and that’s a good thing if you know what you want. The food and smoothies...
Thanks to Sage, Anna, and the third team member (I think his name started with R, sorry I can't recall) for the friendly service today! My online order was ready pretty quickly. And they were working hard to keep up with the other online orders and the walk-ins.
