This specific location has a real supply issue. They are constantly out of everything. And I mean CONSTANTLY. And this is before all the stupid tariffs. I ordered a drink from online with a couple of boosts, only to arrive and be told that they didn’t have any watermelon (again… this is the 3rd time in 2 months). I ordered something else instead with the same boosts, and was then told that they were all out of all of their boosts.
What the hell? I PAID for those two boosts and received nothing.
The owner or manager of this location needs to get his/her act together. In the meantime, I suggest anyone reading this review to go to a different Jamba location.

I ordered an acai bowl with pineapple (which I paid extra for). However, when I received it, there wasn't any pineapple, and the worker said there wasn't any left and that they would go check in with the manager, which is totally fine, except they never did anything about it afterwards, meaning I basically wasted my money. Also, the strawberries were frozen (like rock solid), so the acai bowl simply did not taste the same as the other Jambas I went to. Overall, this place is okay, but I would go to other Jambas in the future, as these things have never happened anywhere else except this one.

There’s a teen girl that works there with bad attitude. Tons of makeup on. Made my order wrong, said nothing, and someone else had to correct her mistake. Seems miserable, bad look for the store. Won’t be back here for sure.

This is my favorite Jamba location everrrr!!!! Super fun & friendly they were so helpful & informed me of so many good perks!!!! I’m so excited for bowl day on the 19th that they told me about!! The 2 ladies here were truly so so sweet and wrote the cutest message on my cup. Coming back just to see them!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💞
