I go there usually for lunch or dinner takeout. The number 6 roast beef is fresh, healthy and delicious. Choice of bread and toppings are good. Prompt friendly service.

Jersey Mike's subs are delicious. Their operation is a well-oiled machine. I've visited two locations - Yorba Linda and Santa Clara - a few times, and every time, they have gotten the order 100% correct, including special requests and modifications. I started pre-ordering and pre-paying, and highly recommend it. Your order is waiting, and you skip the line.

On only a few occasions have my sandwiches been made incorrectly, and EVERYTIME, no matter how much time has passed, this store has always remade my order. Maddy was attentive and prompt after hearing my story. Not even reviewing my receipt, just politely handing me off to Orrin. Who remade my semi complicated order and made sure to repeat it back to me multiple time to ensure accuracy. These individuals and crew maintained a high level of customer service, quality, and exemplary standards. And are the sole reason they will guarantee my patronage for many years to come. Those in charge should recognize why there's always a line out the door at their establishment. It's cause of these people.

Ordered a sub with a gluten free bun for delivery. I ended up getting a box with everything but the bun. At least it was gluten free but I would have not wanted it without the bread. They did not try to call or text me saying that they were out of bread. Really didn’t taste that good. I tried to call them to get a refund but they wouldn’t answer.

First time at this location, I will say this Adrian was a great help! on point ! Great sandwiches, he knows what he's talking about great customer service.
If you ever decide to come by here look for Adrian! He makes great Great sandwiches!

Just ridiculous attitude Was Told to wait 3-5 Minutes end up being 25 Minutes Sitting Down So I just asked my my sandwich ready and told me you need to wait you just ordered I told her my order was done 25 Minutes ago and basically She do you want to cancel and I can leave unbelievable worst attitude in my life

Got a giant sub and a regular sub. The guy used 1 handful of lettuce on the regular sub and then 1 handful of lettuce on the giant sub, and spread it thinly. So cheap! They used to put 3-4 handfuls of lettuce on the giant sub. Talk about skimping and trying to save money! So cheap! Don't go here.

Ordered for pickup online.App said order would be ready in 15 minutes. Waited over an hour for my order.The order was for my entire work team. Everyone was not able to eat on their lunch break and now we have a bag full of soggy

Got sandwiches for my GF and I, mine was right but hers was a mess. I specified no lettuce no tomato and both of those things were on there, paid for adding bacon which was not on there nor were the onions I requested. It was the #44 and she said she had no idea what she was actually eating because she could taste no buffalo chicken on there whatsoever. I'm not sure how something so simple was botched but I will not be going back to this location
