Got sandwiches for my GF and I, mine was right but hers was a mess. I specified no lettuce no tomato and both of those things were on there, paid for adding bacon which was not on there nor were the onions I requested. It was the #44 and she said she had no idea what she was actually eating because she could taste no buffalo chicken on there whatsoever. I'm not sure how something so simple was botched but I will not be going back to this location

Expensive for very little fillings. Safeway a couple hundred feet away has much better quality sandwhichs for 1/3 of the price.

I didn’t know this place was open. The Melt sign saying we will be open soon along with dark windows made me think it was not open.Tried a wrap today and it wasn’t bad at all. Nothing special but not bad either

ordered two sandwiches on the app & it said it would take about 40 mins for them to make even though i put the pickup time as asap. arrived at the time that my order said would be ready & waited an extra half hour. the service was really slow & there were only a few other customers that seemed like they waited a long time for their order as well. whenever i go to the sunnyvale location, there service is really fast & my order is on time, if not earlier. would not recommend this place, slow service & the inside is really stuffy.

Jersey Mike's has been around but for some reason it's been the go-to meal lately. I've had Jersey Mikes probably twice a few years ago but maybe the quality improved? I remember the bread/peppers vs meat quantity was so off. Too much peppers and hardly any meat but the balance the past few orders has been a lot better. Their cold subs looks good but whenever it's time to order, I'm getting #17 - Mike's Famous Philly. I don't remember the last time I've tried white American cheese on anything but it's such a good choice of cheese because it melts nicely. Great for lunch, great for dinner, easy to order, and this location has good customer service.

The bread was hard and I asked for chipotle Mayo and bbq sauce which I got... however it was a disgusting amount of bbq sauce. The whole wrapping was drowning in it to the point I couldn't even eat my fucking sandwich. Won't be coming back to this location.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch chicken cheese steak and it was the best one I've ever had in my life! The food came right away and the staff was extremely nice and patient with me since I don't speak English very well. Mr. Brett helped me figure out what I wanted and it sure didn't disappoint! Would recommend this place 100 times out of 10!!! He even complimented my pride t-shirt

First the app did not show what you could get with your shore points. I asked for a sub that was heated. They said that it was, but they didn't even grilled or bread. Finally The taste was like canned chicken and there were not any sweet peppers. I had checked for hot peppers and they said it included sweet peppers. None there.

Good sandwiches but this location needs a better way to handle online orders. The system should be able to tell when there’s too many orders to fill right away and notify that a later pickup time is needed. I’ve seen a dozen people waiting for orders that were 20 mins or more late.
