Kaiser Orchard Cafeteria

Chef on 7-2-25 made a very tasty burger and sweet potato fries. Very satisfying.

It's hard to write a review for cafeteria food at a hospital. Unfortunately, I spend a lot of time at Kaiser. I like the fact that you can order your burger to your liking adding any topping you want, some of the set menu dishes are decent and I think the prices are super affordable. Don't expect any regular drinks, sugar free and diet only, just remember it's a hospital.

I drove all the way from Los Angeles to get here before my dad passed didn’t eat all day went to the cafeteria @ 6:30 pm & they said they had to many things to do so weren’t open. How rude

Cold & hard chicken tenders & fries that were cold,dry, and hard as a rock. $12 & I threw it away because it was so bad.

The food here is pretty meh. One staff member working here was trying to be helpful but yeah there should probably be two people here to man either side of the stations. The potatoes were alright but the eggs looked horrendously dry. Would definitely not go for them. Oh yeah this place is really overpriced for your convenience.

Nothing being served just refrigerated items and snacks when I came and noted that they have hot water. Unclear when meals are served.

Food seems good. Healthy options. Calories listed for many items. Salad bar (core weekday lunch hours only), pizza, grill, etc

Very expensive, dirty employees, rude and disrespectful, employees at the cafeteria acts like they owns the cafeteria, they close whenever they want?! The cashiers are most customer services I’ve ever seen?!If you want to get sick, ? , come eat at Kaiser permanente Santa Clara,s cafeteria?!If you get sick, due to food ☠️ poisoning contact the state health department or file lawsuits ?!

Lack of communication. I purchased a coffee but I was not allowed to serve it myself (they had no signs up stating that an employee had to do it for you) they had to pour it for me. Mind you, the sugar and creamer was a free for all. Totally defeats the purpose. Not friendly at all.

Some of the worst Food you'll ever eat

Went here because I was hungry while my fiancé was getting some blood work done and I have to say this is just horrible! Waste of money and time! The lady serving the food was so nice but the cashier was in such a bad mood and she seem to hate everyone for being here just not what I would expect! Horrible horrible would not recommend you should just go to McDonald’s across the street!

My general tso chicken was pink on the inside. My stomache hurts so bad ???

The main cafeteria is open till 7pm, but there are very limited offerings after 6pm. There are vending machines available 24/7. The salad bar was good, cold sandbox was ok. Probably better food available from the hot line earlier in the day.
