Ordered on phone and this was the *regular chizza* they gave me. Split into 2 pieces like the *small chizza*. We already got home so we tried calling them but no one answered.

The customer service is awesome. Even when they get difficult customers they always keep a smile on their face. I come here once a month for my 2 youngest children. I would recommend it!

So, you know the big sign by the drive thru? The one where it says if they don't give you your receipt, you get a free meal? Yeah, they don't honor that.Do you know that if you want a refund on your meal, and pay by card, they don't do that? Nobody at that location is authorized process a refund if you pay by card.So, if you patronize this business please be sure to always use cash.

I used to stop by but since I've become disabled, I have to order from doordash. The last 3 weeks I've had to get refunds thru customer support. Week 1 was regular, not extra crispy. Week 2, we got 1 thigh and 7 drumsticks. It was supposed to be 4 and 4. Week 3 was regular not extra crispy again. Grr. Shoukd I get chicken from Popeyes?

Very stale cold fries, burnt stale nuggets. Absolute worst KFC I've been to unfortunately. And nobody was at the counter when I got there.

I ordered the 4 PC chicken meal and the chicken was really dreadful. It was like eating a mouthful of salt and it tastes really old and stale. The service was very unfriendly.. many associates saw me but it took about 3 minutes for someone to finally come to take my order... no hello.. no smile.. she had this look like she's saying I don't care. She got my order wrong and did not understand me and packed my order to go despite the fact that I told her I want it for here twice.

I love KFC... but this location is not it. I just finished barfing from spitting out NOT fully cooked chicken. tried to call the store to give them a heads up they don't have a good batch. Phone doesn't even go through....just beeps. Seriously hope I don't get sick.... Trip in a few days.

Ordered dinner through the app and everything was great! Walked in to pick up, and all items were accounted for, including the honey and butter for the biscuit. I ordered a chicken pot pie, and the crust on top was absolutely delicious, just as good as I remembered it being the last time I had it. But....very odd, instead of little cubed potatoes there were mashed potatoes in the pot pie! It was truly weird, and I did not like this at all. I kept thinking they were using the leftover mashed potatoes and the texture did not work in a pot pie at all. Maybe others might like it that way, but I did not. So I was kind of unhappy with it, and I hope this does not stay and they go back to regular pot pies.Now, the chicken was perfect, and I had a breast from my husband's 3 piece he got. I did notice they did not fill the soda to the top, but at least 2 fingers down. So they could've done a little better. But overall, I do like this place, they did a good job and I would come back again!!

Laura asst mgr has horrible customer service. She lies and had said she doesn't care about customer service. This place was good before the management changed. So sad that they have fallen so low in customer service

Paid $28 for 6 pieces of chicken, small fries, and a drink. Bad service (impatient associate, didnt give me napkins nor ketchup). The chicken was not fresh and way too salty. When did KFC become this bad? Popeyes and Jollibee will have my business next time.
