We had a resevation and were seated right away. The mochi pizza is a must try!! It's plenty to share too. The appetizers are pretty standard but their pastas are really good!
Cute Japanese Italian food.

Definitely feels like a spot to go on a date, the interior design felt very comfy. There was a bunch of pillows and fancy looking silverware. The food itself was very filling even thought they didn't give you that much. We also got their pizza which was 8 dollars off on wednsdays.

You know when you try someplace new because it looked nice on social media and yelp, but not sure if you should try it because that's just what it is, a pretty face? Well that's this place. Cute decor, super friendly staff but the food was really not what I expected. In ordered the salmon risotto and it tasted like canned salmon. Not sure I would return. And definitely won't be “influenced” again.
What a gem of a place. Very unique options. We would have liked a bigger plate when we were having the meal in family style. Went at lunch and it was much more relaxing and less hurried than dinner. Being a small place we understand we could not linger. Wished they had not run out of the matcha tiramisu which we had at dinner the other visit. If they have it enjoy!
Two persons spent totally $80, but still hungry. this restaurant is selling the name, not food. To me, it is over priced and over rated.
The food, I said all dishes are like kids meal, so little, and two dishes are salty, I was born is a salt lover family, I still felt their dishes are salty.
Look at the ceiling light, the bulbs are mismatching! no pattern, I think they just randomly use whatever bulbs they can find when the old one dead. For a restaurant provide fine food, it is not right.
and Hi! can we listen some elegant music instead of disco music? felt like I am in a pub or in Texas.
They got 50% full house, but we still have to wait 20 minutes for the waiter coming to order , and another 20 minutes for the food.

I got here during the hours it says it is open. 2:25pm on Wednesday. The door is open, so I walk in to see a lady sleeping on the couch and no other employees. She of course tells me this place is closed. I am incredibly disappointed, I was really looking forward to this.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened and I finally had the chance to get off work a little earlier! We arrived at 12:55. The interior of La Casa Mia is quaint and inviting. We ordered the pasta Carbonara and mentaiko Spaghetti. The food itself was fresh & delicious however it was extremely hard to enjoy our food with a group of teen waiters and waitresses cleaning both tables on the right and left of us. The screeching of the chairs and clattering of utensils and plates, the banging was so loud we couldn’t hold a conversation. I understand the waiters wanted to close up and it really felt that they wanted us to get out of there. Not subtle at all. We left before I finished my meal.
Overall a great meal but just a so so experience.

While still a good place for dinner the quality of the experience has dropped compared to previous visits likely due to the increased popularity. The service was slower than desired and the quality of the dishes was lower than on previous visits. If you've never had Japanese Italian food, La Casa Mia is worth a visit especially if you'll never visit Japan.
La Casa Mia is a gem! You were looking for an Italian restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. We were happy to see that there is a place that does Italian exceptionally well with a Japanese flair. We ordered 5 different dishes. All of them were delicious!
I felt like the food was just okay. We got the Takoyaki (good), and seafood pasta and the casserole over rice.
