Pretty average bahn mi. Took 20 minutes to make two sandwiches and got my takeout order wrong. And on 90 degrees days, they don’t turn up the air conditioning. It was a sauna in there waiting for my food. Please turn on the AC, it’s part of the cost of doing business.

Was heading to Chipotle just to grab a bite and saw Lee's. I poked my head in and was all in. I got the Shrimp Bahn MI and some sesame balls from the case. Everything was incredibly fresh. The bahn mi was the best I've had since I was in southwest Asia. Flavors and seasonings were spot on. Staff was very friendly. Not a large dining area, but I was just going back to my hotel so didn't mind. Very clean. Parking is tricky, but that's true for everywhere in this shopping center. WIll def be back.
Parking: If it's between 4PM-7PM during the week just go to the parking garage and walk a block or two. It's free and it will save you all the circling and frustration. People will straight up jack a spot you're waiting for. I saw three altercations at Whole Foods over spots. Not worth it. Obviously not Lee's fault and didn't ruin my experience.

Best lee’s sandwiches location in the South Bay for vegetarians and vegans. So many options! Been going here for a while. Not sick of it yet! Everyone there is always really nice. They run out of some vegan options because they’re popular, but they always have the vegan beef available. Yum!
Vegetarian options: I like the vegan beef and the vegan katsu.

I was at the Santa Clara Lee's sandwich (Santa Clara Square 3243 Coronado Pl.) on Saturday 06/08/2024 around 1046am. While I was not directly affected, multiple customers witnessed the cashier harass a female customer regarding an order.
The cashier kept calling the customer racist and repeated that she is with the FBI and CIA (felony if not true). The cashier also yelled go back to your country. The customer is Asian and kept her composure. The customer only inquired about the order on her receipt, possibly wrong order entered. The customer also stated she would pay more. The customer never raised her voice as she was probably confused at the situation.
The lady in the back making sandwiches felt bad and gave the customer a business card for her to call about her experience. Also, the lady in the back was very professional, she tried to calm the cashier, however, the cashier was yelling at her as well repeating that she was with FBI and CIA. The lady in back asked the customer what number sandwich the customer ordered and made it for her.
While I think this is an isolated matter, the cashier was very unprofessional and lacked customer service. Such outburst and unprofessionalism can lead to legal issues for Lee’s Sandwhiches. I hope you are able to review the cameras and make swift actions to prevent future occurrences. Thank you.

Actually I don’t want to give any start to this store! The staff with short hair is super rude and has racism!!!!! I am taking out the sandwich without paying tips because of her bad attitude then she yelled at me and unwilling to serve the food even I paid!!! And told me to call the police because I am the Asian here, which she thinks we are the illegal people to stay is USA. But we came here for business trip, I don’t think we deserve this attitude! It’s a bad experience!

I've only tried a bowl with grilled chicken, rice, and a lot of greens. It's excellent and surprisingly filling and not too expensive. I always visit rather late for lunch, after 1 pm otherwise there's a long wait. The music inside is a bit too loud!

Ordered the turkey club with add on of avocado, sad to say I only got 1 slice of avocado in my whole sandwich and it had a piece of the pit skin. Also waited about 30 minutes for it to get made.
I keep going back because it’s close to the apartment but the new guy they hired keeps messing up my order no matter what I get. I always have to check twice before leaving but sometimes it’s too hard to see inside the rolls. Also, Your DoorDash PICK UP prices are significantly higher than ordering in person.

First time there ordering a bowl! Wait a long time and check my order with Hau. Without double check, he gave me this roll! Mismatching protein(I ordered grilled chicken), and no extra corn, totally a different one. I asked “mine?” And he said yes. What! Probably a bowl in a roll is what this store provided and I left with confusion. Such a bad experience as first time customer.
