My sister died unexpectedly. I asked to cancel. They said I would get a refund. Then gave us the run around for 3 weeks saying we need to talk to the manager every time we called they said they would call us back. Nothing! Now they tell us its priceline to call them back. Bad customer service! We go to this area a few times a year for football games. We will not be going back to this hotel. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Great hotel to stay at if you're going to a 49er game. Only about a mile or so from Levi Stadium.
Attended a group Christmas party. The hotel and staff always work hard to ensure everything works well.
Location is next to the freeway but the rooms, lobby, amenities are nice!
When others turn on their air conditioner, my room keeps getting this constant low-frequency noise. I can even feel my pillow vibrating, and they say there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s so loud that I can’t sleep
The whole building is vibrating.
The buzzing sound is like a blender inside your head, churning until it turns your brain into something like scrambled eggs.”
The person next door was talking on the phone, and it felt like I was at a conference with them.
Shout out to Barry Perry! He was a phenomenal FDA; made check in easy and swift, with clear instructions. He was even able to accommodate us with an upgrade to the room we wanted! 10/10 service and hospitality. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
Arrived after midnight. Staff was doing some internal audit and can not let us check in. Wait for 30 mins to check in.
The hotel was fine. Nothing above and beyond. The lobby is nice, air freshener scent was over the top and smelled like Glade was being released every 2 minutes.
We had a room with an outside door. The room was small but did the job. The doorknob was falling off the bathroom door. At check-in, we were offered a room with an inside door, but immediately upon walking into that room, it smelled like mold SO bad. We obviously said no. They must know something is up with that room, but they keep offering it to customers. My friend arrived the next day, and the same offer was made to her. She was equally turned off and said no way.
Food is a pass in the restaurant. But the big loss of stars comes from charging people $21/day to park in their lot. It's a joke and a fake fee to grab more money. This is not a hotel in the middle of a busy city. It's off the freeway next to a gas station. And for that charge, no security or gate could be found, so what exactly are we paying for? An additional $42 for parking, which we were not counting on and were never told about upon checking in. We only found out when we received our emailed bill.
We won't be back.
Hotel is beautiful, Starbucks coffee and breakfast available in the mornings, lunch and dinner w a beautiful bar, as well. Staff is all wonderful, and accommodating. Rooms are nice, with super comfy beds. Only complaint would be that the AC unit in the room was super loud, and on the first floor, the activity in the room above & outside can be a bit loud, as well.

The rooms are disgusting. There was leftover trash in my room and it seemed like the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all with previous guests hair, rollers and clips on the floor. The ceiling vent was coming away from the ceiling and the rooms smell moldy. It seems like a converted Motel 8 with a decent paint job and updated lobby. The lobby food, drinks and ambiance are good, however I would not recommend sleeping in the hotel.
A great place to visit. I visited this hotel for a 2 day conference. Their facilities are good and their service was excellent. The room was spacious and the food was good. They had a cozy place to accommodate the conference. I was a bit disappointed in the food. It was good but the quality was not that great. Looking forward to be back and explore more.
I enjoyed my stay at the Delta Hotel. Fortunately I was assigned a room in the tower. My room was excellent. I did not want an exterior room whose door opened to the outside. My only complaint was the room air conditioning would only cool the room to 72 degrees even when set at 66 degrees.
Hotel rooms are clean, modern, and well-priced. Bar is just next-level. Best Old Fashioned I've ever had, and absolute best bartender (Janie) in San Jose. How is this place not packed? I'll be back on future business trips just for the bar in the Delta Hotel alone
Beautiful, quiet, dog friendly, and comfortable.
