I went to have a business meeting. Parking was easy due to convention center parking. The cafe is located in same building as Hyatt Regency and it’s nicely accessible. The cafe has plenty of seating around it and it’s away from traffic noise, made it good for our meeting. Food was consistent with any cafe. Service was friendly and good.

Exceptional service here. Whether refilling water or explaining menu items, staff was very professional, friendly, and patient. Tyler always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Did not catch the name but the female colleague working Monday night was also very helpful and professional.Prices could be a bit more fair (referring to the $17 pint of haagen dazs).

I am FURIOUS. portions and prices of a French restaurant and the taste of hospital food. i got a bowl dinner and I just laughed at the dollhouse dinner for $12. I bought a whopper afterwards. i want my money back. the workers had great cust service though. But I am seeing red. flavorless gravy and turkey.

Can't make a consistent cup of havana cappuccino, when you ask to correct it. They don't make you a new one they just try to fix existing cup made. DONT TIP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR COFFEE! in the end paid 7.54 for a small cup of coffee that I threw away. Coffee in hotel rooms are free and waaaay better! Aside from that good little shop in the lobby.

I got a green tea frappe and I enjoy extra extra caramel and when the barista made it, it was literally to perfection and she was so nice as to even suggesting a drink I should try next time. Definitely coming back, 10/10
