Very disapointed in your San Ramon California location. The manager kicked my autistic child out of a table when I was 30 seconds from paying for our food. There were other open tables and his rationale was that we did not have food in hand and we can look for a table when I walk over with the order. The staff need to be better trained and I am in awe of the behavior and lack of tolerance for the special needs.

I’m not a noodle soup kind of girl, but this place, does something different for me! Was here with my family and ordered multiple dishes. I had the spicy plant sausage udon, my husband and son had the sweet beef, recommended udon and cousin ordered miso. IMO mine was the best! Not too spicy and the plant sausage had great flavor. I finished my entire bowl and again I don’t choose noodle soups for dinner! I also had the iced match and calamansi juice, both, I’d buy again! The chicken katsu, sweet potato tempura and fried gyoza, all great add ins! I will be back for sure, now that it’s getting cold.
Last but certainly not least, Leo was the best! So accommodating and super friendly! He also gave a little extra for cousins birthday! Because of him, we will be back with more family. Thank you Leo! You made my experience here, 5 stars!

Arrived to order take out. Immediately directed to kiosk. Ordered food which was easy. Ready in less than 10 minutes. All the staff that I interacted with were nice. Always a great place for udon noodles. Highly recommend especially if looking for something other than ramen.

This is one is very nice . The manager, Leo is very nice and friendly. We love the folks helping us get situated.
