I placed a curbside pickup order with 5 items, including an apple pie. When I arrived at spot #9, I waited 5 minutes before someone came out and told me the apple pie was unavailable, and asked if I wanted a strawberry pie instead or wait 10 minutes. I said I would wait.
I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in my car in the 84-degree heat and no one ever brought out my order. I finally had to walk inside to ask, and guess what — they just handed me the pie right away. So clearly it was ready, but no one bothered to bring it out.
This kind of service is unacceptable. What’s the point of curbside pickup if I still have to go inside and follow up myself? Completely disappointed.
One more thing, on July 27, 2025 after eating double cheeseburger I got diarrhea.

Made a drive through order through the App. At first they had the wrong order for me. And then I have to wait for 15 minutes to get the correct order. After I got the order, I found they didn’t give me the appy meal drinks and fries. I spent one hour for this “fast” food. What a joke! I won’t come to this restaurant again!
