Food was good but they are extremely understaffed when I visited. Trash could be seen on the floor and tables. Waiting time was pretty long (I waited for 30 minutes for to-go). During the time I was there, I saw at least three people asked where the trash can is. Probably setting up a sign to show where the trash can is will help maintain the cleanliness of the shop? Just a thought.

I came here often since my office is nearby. It’s less crowded than the one in Cupertino and always has combo deals going on. If we set apart waiting time aside, everything else is pretty good to me. The only thing is wait time is indeed long no matter busy or not.

ordered a dessert soup hot... it was in fact not hot but cold and i had picked it up right away at the counter when i got the notification that it was ready, so time was not the reason to its coldness.. anyway the dessert soup was tasteless, i also ordered one of the infamous tall shaved milk ice bingsoo--the taro one--that was also as well tasteless and the shaved ice was not soft as bingsoo would be...normally.. the shaved milk ice was hard and overall the desserts were not...
