Very excellent opportunities both for trainees and customers. I had an impression that college might have students to cook by handmade, from cutting vegetable to salad dressing.Served dishes are very delicious, enforcing my belief that handmade product cannot be compared with mass product in majority of restaurants in South Bay Area.Photos show dishes served for two weeks between February 25th and March 7th.
During the Fall, it is the best lunch deal in the Silicon Valley. Soup, salad, dessert, beverage included with the entree price, plus you are supporting the education of Hospitality Management and Culinary students. Menu can change each service.
