Mountain Mike's Pizza

The experience I had at this location was simply deplorable and no way to do business. I had ordered takeout and was treated like a nuisance and strung along for 45 minutes and ended up with no pizza. Here's an accounting of the exact incorrect way to do business:
- Staff seemed annoyed and told me my pizza would only take 5 more minutes. This was a blatant lie.
- Letting me wait there for the next 20 minutes, providing no updates, and informing other customers that the kitchen was closed leading to confusion.
- When I finally asked for an update, they then informed me they had no idea when my food would be ready so either the employees cannot tell time or lied to placate me and essentially waste my time.
- The employees were also telling other people with online orders that it would be just 5 or 6 minutes which makes zero sense and led to other folks waiting.
- Employees being confrontational and impatient when I had the audacity to ask for an update and ultimately a refund.
- Spending the next 10 minutes figuring out how to give a customer back a refund.

All in all, I wasted a solid 40 - 45 minutes being strung along for food that would never come and after having ordered 25 minutes prior on their website. Finally, I reached out to corporate and all they gave me was some canned response about being sorry and they would forward my feedback to the manager of the location and I would receive a response in 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks. Pretty wild stuff! Do NOT order pizza here on busy or important game nights as there is a 50/50 chance you won't get it.

The staff here are amazing. Very welcoming and treat you like family. Pizza and salad bar ingredients are fresh, restaurant and restrooms are very clean. Love coming here.

Food is always tasty. Traveled from Alaska and had to make a special stop at Mountain Mike’s. Wasn’t very busy but did take awhile to receive the pizza we ordered but not a big deal. Enjoyed some football and great pizza as always.

I used to really like this location but it's been consistently bad as of late. I gave it a shot today because I hadn't been in quite a while and thought it would be good. Wrong. Ordered a zesty aloha with extra green onions. When I received it not only did it not have extra green onions it didn't have ANY. It also had pepperoni and jalapeno on it which was not requested, the person the pizza was for can't eat jalapenos so I picked them off and put them on my pizza which I did request jalapenos and extra pepperoni for. The person that brought the pizza back out after putting green onions on it sarcastically asked me if I wanted to check again. I chose to keep quiet and not commit a felony and just take my pizza. It's one thing if I call in and order and maybe they just didn't hear me right but the instructions are right in front of your face on the screen there's no excuse to botch an order that badly. Done with this location

(Recent occurrence in the last few months, after years of good pizza) 3rd pizza in a row, that lacked the tangy pizza sauce taste. Please note the overcooked pieces of pepperoni topping in the photo. I noticed that this was also present on the lunch buffet pepperoni pizza, when picking up the order.

The only thing that saved things from a lower rating, was the tasty garlic bread with cheese.

Don't bother doing a damage control reply, if the issue isn't corrected. Words don't make up for the recent experience.

This is the only mountain Mike's I go to, it's probably the only good pizza place in the area. Better than jakes ,better than the garret..and all the rest of the pizzas.
