Don’t order late night pizza for delivery from here. We were only 2.2 miles away, but the pizza was 45 minutes late. Ordered at 12:16, predicted by 12:53, arrived at 1:38.

Ordered from this location several times and food has been consistently bad. Churros, undercooked. Pizza weird taste like maybe something is missing or they are using different spices than what other locations do. Mountain view location is better, but the American Canyon location is best.

It's a good spot but the service was horrible. This old guy accidentally dropped half our pizza onto the table and still suggest it is still good to eat 😑. Then decides to use his pizza serving spatula to scoop up the pizza. They need to review food hygiene of this place, or at least their employees.

Placed an order online 25 minutes before closing and they canceled it. Unacceptable you work until the time you close. You don’t close the kitchen and start cleaning early. Do your job right. Make it right your a million dollar corporation and turning down orders?

Restaurant mails out big plastic coupon sheets that go straight to the landfill. Who does that in 2024? If you’re gonna send out junk mail at least print it on recyclable paper.

Also never been a fan of this chain - it’s overpriced mediocre pizza.

Ordered “Italian” combo pizza and mozzarella sticks. Pizza mozzarella stickers arrived late and cold. I’m not fan of Pizza with Indian flavor, had to Throw the whole pizza in the trash after 2 bites. This place win first place in the worst pizza I have ever eaten.??I had to order from another pizza place right after throw away $50 in the trash.

Why does the pizza taste like curry indian food instead of like pizza. It's gross. I ordered a 20 inch pizza last night and cannot even eat it. I specifically ordered from this location because I was mailed a coupon. The owner refused to honor the coupon saying it was expired. I informed him it was not expired he still refused to honor it saying today he couldnt only offer $5 off instead of the coupon for $6. ILLEGAL false advertising, I will be reporting them to BBB and corporate, they need to be sued. Obviously the owner doesn't understand how laws in this country work. Just because India has no proper legal system doesn't mean you can do illegal acts here and get away with it. Unless you want mystery pizza that tastes like curry, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. BAD FOOD AND WORSE SERVICE

It’s been 40 minutes and I’m still waiting my pizza, just saying :)Update: the owner replied and thought I was waiting for the delivery. Man I ordered for pickup and was waiting right in front of your counter after the estimate “ready” time.
