I recently visited Nick’s Creek on El Camino, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude, and the customer service overall was unprofessional. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, but that was completely missing here.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service, because good food alone cannot make up for poor treatment of customers.”
