Entrepreneurs and logistics should have more staff for peak hours to help deliver service and customer service.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Jasmine at Noah Bagels, and I must say, their service was exceptional! From the moment I stepped in, Jasmine with a smile welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Their warm greeting and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Not only did Jasmine take my order promptly, but they also took the time to ensure that my preferences were met, going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect from suggesting what's new and what's popular at there restaurant. What stood out the most was Jasmine attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests. They displayed a deep knowledge of the menu items and provided excellent recommendations, which greatly enhanced my experience. Overall, Jasmine exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly made my visit to Noah Bagels memorable, and I look forward to returning soon. Thank you Jasmine for your outstanding hospitality! You are simply superb.

I have never written a restaurant review in my life but this was just appalling. Manager refused to let me use the restroom after I had spent over $200 last 3 days working in the area. She said it’s been cleaned for the day and they would be closing soon. There was almost an hour/half left per their hours posted. They had already moved the equipment and were cleaning as though they had closed for the day already. She had an attitude about it didn’t even bother say anything about it. I didn’t even know she was the manager until I asked who the manager was and the cashier pointed at her. I was shocked. Hire people who care! Makes the difference between a good business and a striving one.

Came to get breakfast and coffee, upon getting a coffee, they out and my cup was half full, I told staff that coffee is out, one lady came to check CREAMER instead of checking the coffee container. Another lady came, and said there’s more in it. Came back to fill up my coffee, lady was looking as there’s no more coffee coming out! Instead of doing her job to make more coffee she told me to press the handle harder? Like she doesn’t have common sense! How will a coffee come out there when it’s empty! Simply you need to do your job and refill the container!

I have patronized this Noah's Bagels location before. Though I do not live in Santa Clara, a family member lives nearby. They used to have indoor seating, though I can't really remember whether they still do now. In any case, I have found it is better to get your bagel to go, as most customers do.Located at the intersection of El Camino Real and San Tomas Expressway, it is a busy spot with lots of foot traffic. In my opinion, the quality of the bagels has declined slightly since my first visit several years ago. Their "shmears" (such as cream cheese) are slightly less generous, their bagels have declined slightly in quality, being more bread like and less chewy, like the bagels that I prefer. I attribute that, at least in part, to having been acquired by Panera Brands, home of Panera Bread and Einstein Bros Bagels. Still for a quick bagel to go, I think that Noah's, though not perfect, is still a option for me.

It's been a while since we ordered from here & now I recall why. They don't do orders right. We placed a mobile order for pick-up. All we ordered was a chorizo breakfast burrito, a toasted everything bagel w/ veggie spread, and a vanilla cream cold brew. The burrito was good but barely warm, the bagel wasn't toasted & it was a pathetic portion of veggie spread & the cold brew was black, no vanilla. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the order being ready quickly (likely because it was half-assed) & the burrito being decent. Side note: I wasn't the one who picked up the order, otherwise I would've asked for it to be done correctly.

Absolutely the worst. Low inventory, slow, unapologetic workers - all for marginal bagels at escalating prices. Better to go hungry than wait 30-45 minutes to get a bread donut here.
