They never have change in money and I saw her didn’t wash her hands and she roll her eyes at me she bad service and she almost yelled at me and she touch the money and didn’t wash her hands and she touch her hair she did had money change but she didn’t wanted to give us change I had to buy another drink so they can revive the 50 and your respond is really rude

It was my first time coming to OMG tea about… 2 weeks ago? We had finished up at the mall and had a craving for some Boba. Looked up really quick on google and found this place- OMG was it amazing!!!! I’m pretty sure I got the strawberry slushy with ice cream and I added crema and mango jelly and I didn’t even take a picture cause it was so good I just drank it all! Next time! lol

i only recommend coming here for the slushies--everything else is unfortunately subpar at best :( the staff is run by students who are here to get paid which is honestly understandable for a boba shop. there's usually loud music on the speakers :P

Some of the cashiers really need to learn how to talk to the customers. Some of them do not even care if the ordered drink goes to the right customer. Felt like they are just working to get their hours pass by. No politeness while speaking to customer.

Visited this place at 8pm. The boba was very inconsistent, a lot of them are undercooked and way too sweet. The vibe was good, they even provided WiFi, but the drink was miserable

Could you hire worse customer service? ?You refuse to greet customers or take orders? Then, Your self checkout machine is broken and you don’t put a sign or it or tell your customers until they are screaming to get your attention? THERES NO ONE EVEN IN THE STORE ? Other days their workers are blasting discordant headache inducing K-pop ?
Avoid! Their boba is about par at best, to deal with such horrendous and bush league level customer service.

OMG tea is a fantastic spot for boba tea. The milk tea is creamy, and the tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy. The fruit teas are vibrant and refreshing. The staff is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant visit. If you're a fan of boba, this place is a must-try!

The tea is good it did take a while to get my drink but it was understandable since there were like 2 people doing the drinks or 3 I didn't see good and there were more than 6 costumers over all it was a good experience the tea is Hella good tho the price was also not bad at all
There is a HUUUUGE screen where you can place your order, and 1-2 bored employees waiting around. No real help for someone who's never dried boba before, but I like the brown sugar drink. Super sweet - so I took the sweetness down to 75% on my next visit and that was perfect for me. The local school kids seem to really like this place. It's a good spot to rest and chill for a bit after hitting up the farmer's market a short walk away. Would recommend.

We tried their strawberry milk tea. The boba was really good. The drink was delicious too however it was a little too sweet for our liking. We did 50% sugar so, I would recommend trying 30% sugar. The service is quick and the shop is really cute!

The boba here is really good! One of my favorite spots in town to get boba.They have the classic milk teas, fruit teas, and slushies/smoothies. The add-ons are good and the boba is fresh.The staff is friendly. And the shop has indoor seating and a few tables outside.
