Orenchi ramen broth tastes very diluted, tasteless. The orenchi salad on the other hand is drenched in ginger dressing and is too intense.

Worst ramen I've ever had. I barely took two bites. Ordered the Orenchi bowl. The meat was fine, but everything else about it was horrendous. The vegetables in the ramen tasted canned and gross. The broth had a funky taste. Also it was nearly $20 a bowl! You can get much higher quality ramen in the bay area for $14-15 a bowl. On top of that, the service was lacking, the waiters never checked in on us and it took about 20 mins to leave the restaurant after we were done eating. The waitstaff took my nearly full bowl of ramen away without a word-- didn't ask what was wrong, if I liked it, etc. I'm genuinely surprised this restaurant has people waiting out front to dine.

We had their Agadashi tofu with eggplant, vegetable gyoza, spicy tomato vegan ramen and Tan Tan vegan ramen. Overall the food was good, the service was fast and the staff were nice BUT it's very pricey.

Orenchi Ramen isn't your average noodle joint. This Santa Clara gem cranks out seriously good ramen. The vibe is chill, staff's friendly, and the food? A flavor explosion.I tried their signature ramen – the Orenchi. Rich, complex, simmered for ages. Each slurp was a party in my mouth. Noodles were cooked just right, chewy and delicious. The real star was the pork – melt-in-your-mouth good.Pan-fried gyoza hit the spot too. Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside. The dipping sauce added a perfect kick.Heads up – some of my folks said the broth is a bit salty. I liked it, but they do let you adjust the strength.

The interior of the store, where J-POP music plays, feels like a Japanese theme park. At exactly 11:30, the sign flipped from "Soup finished" to "We're doing it" and the store opened. I had the oriental ramen from the signature menu. The soup is light. The flavored eggs were delicious.

The ramen itself is quite tasty, the fried chicken is larger than usual, the portion of salmon oyakodon is larger than expected, the salmon roe has a strong umami flavor so it tastes salty, the food is basically quite deliciousBut pay more attention to the charges. If you use a credit card, you will be charged 5% non-cash adjustment. On the other hand, large groups will charge an 18% tip in advance but will also charge you an additional tip and there will be suggestions of 18%, 20 %, 22%... We accidentally tipped a full 18% more

Nice service, but very small portion of above average ramen for $20... Not worth it.

I've been going here for 7 years. Still delicious. The crowds at the store have calmed down considerably, and there are fewer long waits.

Horrible place. Waited 20m to order and 30m for noodle to be served. There were only a few customers inside at that time! Not sure what took everything so long. The noodle was only served 2 minutes after we threatened to walk out, apparently nobody cared if any customer is waiting until you are pissed off. Food is extremely greasy and salty. Btw you probably need to pay 20+ dollars for a ramen before tax and tip.
