Tables were all full so I asked the employee sitting on a high table if I could join her. She had her mask and a pair of worn blue gloves next to her plate. I thought it strange that she did not toss the gloves on her way to eat, but thought nothing else of it. When she finished eating, she started to put her gloves on again. It would have been one thing to continue ringing people up like she did at first, but then she moved on to serving food with the same pair. Very unsanitary!

Ordered pickup and my broccoli beef only had 3 pieces of beef like WTH?! Next my orange was dry, overcooked like biting into pork rinds, and room freaking temperature 5 mins after getting it. Absolute unacceptable, listen to insane crunch in my video, how is someone expected to dine on food cooked like that? Thrown away and money wasted.

Walked in was ignored by the lady who makes the plates so I walked up to the register only to be very sarcastically told to go back to the lady who ignored me In the first place. Never coming here. Go to the other one.

I order here regularly sometimes multiple times a week. It makes me really angry when I receive an order that is lacking in portions. I ordered 2 portions of chow mein so I should get exactly that! Not half a portion because I chose it as the main entree as 2 portions. There was barely any chicken it looked pathetic. I should get what pay for. It’s either 1) the restaurunt is greedy 2) the employees are lazy and don’t want to cook more foods Every time I receive a skimpy order with lacking portions, I stop eating the the establishment

They need to rehire at this location. Ordered online and came to pickup to save time. Rude cashier demanded for me to show them the email receipt, as if I was planning to steal from them. Came home to find out the bowl was half empty. They charged me $10 for this sad thing lol what a joke.

I came like 9:20pm and they are about to close. The food quality is not above average. One of the staff told me they are gonna give me discount and then something went to their eyes. And then the staff who scooped me food worked as a cashier. And they gave me 10% DISCOUNT. I can’t believe it. They are so GENEROUS!

Natalia is the worst manager at any job I've ever seen, normally Panda Express portions are a good size. But every time she is here the portions are so small they won't fill you up. Like when I ordered a small entree and she doesn't even fill the cup up all the way with food and then starts with to argue with me that they aren't suppose to fill small entrees cups up. Teriyaki chicken they usually give you a lot but with her she gives 5 pieces. Bottom line: the manager Natalia gives small portions and tips you off for your money and then will argue with you on why she can't give you "normal size" portion or even fill up your entree cup. She should not been in a manager position, especially arguing with loyal customersPs: they are always out of teriyaki and chicken, all the time I have to wait 15min
