Too many people bringing their dogs into the restaurant; one started to poop on the floor.

Had to take some Mac n cheese to go and they gave me a container. Apparently the container wasn’t microwave safe and had to toss the food away :(

I enjoy the Sip club benefits. Love that it has wifi and opens super early every day. Service is good. However, the pastries are stale and the breakfast items are lackluster for the price.

This Panera gets a very high amount of foot traffic, so big credit to the staff for keeping orders moving smoothly and maintaining such a clean space. There’s always someone sweeping the lobby and keeping the place spotless, which I really appreciate.
I spend a lot of time here working remotely, and the Unlimited Sip Club has been a great value for me. While the coffee can sometimes be hit or miss — occasionally lukewarm or a bit watery — there’s no other place where you can refill all day like this, so overall it’s still a great perk. Because I’m here so often, I started trying their breakfast options, and I eventually settled on the egg and cheese sandwich with extra everything (as shown in the photos).
The weekday morning chef is incredibly consistent and always goes the extra mile to make my sandwich just right, even on the rare days they run out of egg whites or arugula. The quality is genuinely impressive: great portion of eggs, and the bread manages to be both soft and crispy.

I came here for a quick something to eat, and get a coffee.
The facilities were neat and well-maintained.
I opted for the half/ half sandwich and soup. I had the light roast coffee which is why this review is not a 5 star review. I was quite disappointed that the coffee was barely warm, and it was obviously past its prime.
Everything else was good, but I dumped out the coffee and made a tea. I expect more from Panera Bread than old and luke warm coffee.

Great customer service and pretty quiet, with ample seating and many options on the menu. This time I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup, which was pretty delicious and well made. Overall a great Panera Bread location!
Disappointed, the kitchen had made the wrong Sandwich, and when I asked I was told didn’t I read. I explained to her that this is not what I ordered, I don’t eat pork. She called the manager, I when to the self serving machine to retrieve my order, I verified the order with the manager, the mistake was made by the kitchen, I was told that my order will be made. The audacity of the kitchen staff, not even an apology after her rudeness. And to add insult, the manager didn’t even apologize

Food is nothing special and overpriced. Service is not consistent. Younger gentlemen (both of them) are amazing, the manager is good, and the rest are lacking service (of the 7 workers i have encountered). The atmosphere is ok, mostly clean, not much expected.

The front desk guy discriminated me and intentionally lower the voice and cause the confusion on the menu(why there is pick 2 for every salad). I told him I wanna the salad and 2 picks. But end up getting 2 picks without salad. I am grateful the lady in the kitchen gave me the half salad to de escalate the issue

I want to give a shout out to John at the Panera at El Camino and Scott in Santa Clara. He is ALWAYS professional and friendly. A truly exceptional employee and person. I hope Panera rewards his excellence.
