I put in a share with manager about the service I got when ordering from this location at the time she gave me a reward back on my card . The bad part she put it for a limited time . I think it was unfair if your giveing me a reward back because of the service that was not up to par at the time why would you put a time frame on when I can use the reward I think that is not cool I didn’t get to use the full reward she gave me it was taken off my card . So if you get some thing from the manager a make sure you use it all fast as you can. My card is on zero rewards . That is not good .

I am very upset with the service at Panera. I’ve been working in the US for 10 years, and usually, people understand my English well. But today, when I ordered a pizza without dressing for my son, the employee mocked my accent and said they didn’t have what I ordered. In the kitchen, the staff spoke in Spanish, and I understood enough to know they were complaining and laughing about me. The employee kept shaking his head at me, which was really disrespectful and felt like discrimination. I’m never going back there.

I had to go to Target and was getting hungry for breakfast. Luckily got a coupon to use at Panera. This Panera was clean. In fact, the cops like to hang out there in the morning. I used the app to order and my order was done really fast. If you want a more quality breakfast sandwich, this is a good one.

Everyone here is always ready to help like the enjoy what they do, the manager is great. Customer service is top notch, never have had an issue. Food is amazing, coffee is great, my personal favorite is the caffeine infused juice. Great place to eat!

My experiences here have all been pretty mid. It’s chill and private and decently clean. The food gives cafeteria. I don’t know what possessed them to try to pass off their lentil and rice soup as chicken tikka masala beware you might be disappointed.The area is nice and has a lot of good food options for groups. It’s a really good spot to play Pokémon go.

I order Panera catering a lot for my company. However, recently, they have really started to skimp on the ingredients. This is a photo of the Chicken Frontega I received. Way too much bread for the lack of chicken in the sandwich - the ratio is office. For the amount I pay, I should be receiving at least triple the meat shown here. Disappointed and will be looking for a new place to order breakfast/lunch from.

But not sure if the manager (Ana) changed, she would not accommodate to match our previous orders for the sandwiches as she kept saying that their “croissants are expensive”!! How ridiculous is that?! It is after all Panera BREAD, you would expect them to know what they have been doing all along. Will never return to this location!
