It was ok goat biryani.
Meat was hard to bite and was dry rice.

Worst biryani I have ever had. The chicken smells when you eat.

We received a bland biryani even after mentioning extra masala. After calling them and sharing pictures, they say that they can't do anything about it. Horrible experience

I picked up my order at 9:30pm from here this evening for my coming guests and as soon as I went home and sat down to eat it, I noticed that the naan was completely raw. I tried to eat a little of it but it was not chewable and if I had eaten it, I might have gotten sick. There was still raw flour on it.
If you also get to eat this kind of food after paying money then you will probably be disappointed like me.
I request with folded hands to the owner and responsible management that please check the food quality in the kitchen once

I used to go to paradise biryani a lot and I thought they were really good. But their quality has gone down lately. The biryani was clouded by flavor but I could taste the chicken had something wrong with it. It tasted like it wasn’t cleaned properly. My daughter feels really sick after eating. Disappointed how the quality and taste changed.

Super spicy even though you ask for mild food but food quality is always great and tasty.
Customer service is terrible. Ordered online and had to wait 1.5 hour for food. Front lady was kept saying that “order will get ready in 5 min”. She said that for 1 hour without knowing anything. Later, i confronted manager and he told me that item i ordered was out. They did not even told me that when i was waiting there for 1 hour.
Later, asked him to give me whatever was available.

Their food is really good and i am giving them 2 stars due to their terrible customer service.

Try other biryani restaurants or their branches unless you want to have similar experience.

A true hole-in-the-wall Indian gem that’s a rare find. The food here is absolutely fantastic, bursting with authentic flavors that keep you coming back for more. I tried the biryani (it’s literally in the name, and it lives up to the hype) along with an Indian chai that was perfectly spiced and comforting. This spot is ideal if you’re looking for delicious take-out, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit of a hassle, but the food more than makes up for it. Definitely worth checking out!

Worst experience ever. We had a flight to catch @SJC at 5:20. So we called before and ordered food stating that we would be there in 10 minutes and have the food ready so that we wouldn’t waste any time there. They got our order ready and packed but didn’t let us eat. They said we cant eat it in the restaurant. We just came to visit this place, like where are we supposed to take it and eat. So went to another restaurant Brundavan which had an amazing buffet with awesome taste. We are glad we did not eat in the mediocre paradise restaurdant(which was all empty- tells you a lot about the taste), because we would have missed the delicious brundavan. It is located less than a mile away from paradise and it was very crowded. The buffet time was up but still they let us eat. That great they are. Def visit brundavan for the taste if not for the ambience.

Amazing food and service! I've had a few different versions of biryani in the area, and this is by far my favorite! It always hits the spot! If you are a spice enjoyer, just ask for extra spicy, it adds a ton of flavor and spice!

I have ordered many times from this place and the food taste is amazing. However, twice it has happened that they delivered the wrong biryani to me (chicken for paneer)
One day I even went for pickup and there was a mix up

The service needs to be addressed as they are probably short staffed handling multiple orders in an unorganized way

Mostly we love paradise for it's biryani.. have found the veg biryani relatively spicy compared to their non-veg. Tastewise it's good..but not need to make it that spicy (hot). Cannot enjoy for multiple serving ..
