This is by far one of the best Peet’s locations I’ve ever visited! They truly deserve recognition for how amazing they are in the entire region. Compared to other Peet’s, this is my preferred location because it always exceeds my expectations. Starting with the store manager—he is absolutely stellar and consistently goes above and beyond in his leadership, which I greatly appreciate. Every time I place an order here, it’s ready early, and I only wish other locations would follow their example. Thank you, Rivermark, for setting the standard above all the others! Raymondo and Phillip are very amazing!

I’ve been to this Peet’s several times and usually have a great experience. But lately, I’ve noticed small signs of carelessness. For example, today my matcha came with the lid already splashed and dripping with matcha on the outside (see photo). It’s a small thing, but it shows a lack of attention to detail and presentation. I’d love to see the same level of care and consistency I’ve come to expect in the past.

Fast service even though it was fairly busy. My sandwich was excellent and the prices are very reasonable! I will definitely come back!
Waited 20+ min for a black tie drink during a small rush. When the drink was called out the barista mumbled my name. When I got to the counter I asked to confirm if the drink was mine and the barista snapped “YEAH.” without looking at me and then turned their back.
I get that a rush can be stressful but it was rude and uncalled for to be so snappy after I waited a third of an hour for one iced coffee.

Several time they didn’t get my order right. Some of the baristas at this place need to be talked to & thought how to treat a customer. Or if their not happy with what their doing they should rethink their profession.

This used to be my favorite place, there a least three times a week, weekend stuff don’t know anything about customer service, the cashier a lady always wearing a mask is so rude! Another lady the barista sometimes in the weekends don’t known how to make coffee. There’s a young guy that makes coffee good but his attitude is not the best. Looks like the crew here just hates what they do! I suggest you consider looking for another job or learn about customer service!
