Fast service even though it was fairly busy. My sandwich was excellent and the prices are very reasonable! I will definitely come back!

Waited 20+ min for a black tie drink during a small rush. When the drink was called out the barista mumbled my name. When I got to the counter I asked to confirm if the drink was mine and the barista snapped “YEAH.” without looking at me and then turned their back.
I get that a rush can be stressful but it was rude and uncalled for to be so snappy after I waited a third of an hour for one iced coffee.

Several time they didn’t get my order right. Some of the baristas at this place need to be talked to & thought how to treat a customer. Or if their not happy with what their doing they should rethink their profession.

This used to be my favorite place, there a least three times a week, weekend stuff don’t know anything about customer service, the cashier a lady always wearing a mask is so rude! Another lady the barista sometimes in the weekends don’t known how to make coffee. There’s a young guy that makes coffee good but his attitude is not the best. Looks like the crew here just hates what they do! I suggest you consider looking for another job or learn about customer service!

More a Peets guy then a Starbucks one. More mature and better thought out. Major Dickens and a breakfast sandwich, both excellent. In and out no problems. Will be back.

One black coffee please. The cashier can't turn around and pour that right behind her. I have to wait behind a dozen breakfast sandwiches and foofoo espresso bar milkshake drinks ... for one ... black ... coffee. Just turn around and hit the tap for 5 seconds instead of having me wait 10 minutes. It's not rocket science. Management fail.

I've been there many any times and every time it is really busy. The Service was good. There is only one thing I always concern about - not enough outside tables with shade.
