Young adults mid afternoon sitting playing video games loudly on their phones and not having ANY coffee or merchandise. Store clerk with a damp rag personality making ZERO EFFORT to engage me- a customer. Very disappointing location. Won’t be returning.

Ok i dont leave reviews often but this visit will be my last, the staff was distracted and joking about when they arnt paying attention to what there supposed to be doing. I ordered a drink with extra expresso and had to remind the barista about it and my pastry was forgotten about and i had to remind them to grab it and warm it up. Hazel the associate that helped me didnt tell the barista anything so its not pepe fault. When you already charhe high prices, and expect tips after you pay your already expensive bill and you have to deny it becuase you know the service is bad. Im not trying to be a stick in the mud but they need to tighten up there and take thier job more serious. Its a brand and it effects the outcome of returning customers. Do better

Today I went to Peet's to get coffee. I spoke a little Spanish at the counter, and the cashier standing there refused to take our order and sent another cashier ahead. I felt very bad. The employee does not know how to respect customers and treated me badly.👎👎

When entering the coffee shop be ready to pull hard.The front doors get stuck together and they are hard to open. Then at the counter don't expect to be greeted if Melissa is there, very impolite and ignorant lady, walked away when I was ready to pay,did not offer a receipt. When she came back I asked for receipt, but strangely she was not sure if I was the last person who ordered something...anyway..got my receipt. Waited about 15-20 min to get my drinks. The two sandwiches I ordered were mediocre..the coffee was good. Then went back to ask for a cup of water...again.. Melissa made me feel like it is not appropriate to ask for iced water...weird vibe.i think I will avoid this store.

I truly dislike this location. Every time I place an order, they are extremely late in making my drink—last time it took over 30 minutes. The staff is rude, and Ryan in particular showed me my order but still had not prepared it. He was extremely unprofessional and did not care that I had to wait so long that I ended up losing my Uber client. This is completely unacceptable.

I love peas, but not too fond of this location. Let me tell you why. The two guys that I see working here a lot are very dull and stale. They never smile at their guests. They keep their backs turned against the line at the register they’re rude. I I feel like when I come here I have to do too much work for little things. Their honey and condiments are rarely filled the worst part about this location is simply the attitude of the workers. They come off uninterested, unbothered, and non-caring and honestly, I could tell that they don’t really clean the machine too well cause it always has a bitter aftertaste compared to other Peet’s They don’t taste as good. This really seems like an issue that can be solved with better leadership. They lack the compassion here and I tried to avoid this location.
Peet's coffee is by far better tasting coffee than Starbucks. Starbucks latte and mocha taste like plastic chemicals. Peet's tastes natural. Their only service problem is they close early.
