My family and I ate their food for years and they always knew our order. However I believe they're now under a new management cause when we got here, they didn't have our order ready. My mom called to order and the guy said 30 minutes. But they didn't have it ready when we came. Terrible service. I don't recommend coming here again unless you don't mind waiting even longer

This place is no longer open. I went there twice because it was open, but it didn't open, and I think it's closed.
I had some work near by and I eat here often when I do. You have to order #18. From “blue collar to white collar,” it’s the thing to get. Honestly I’m not sure about anything else as I haven’t gotten anything else and while quality may have gone down hill with new management, it’s still the best pho imo. Trust in #18.
Small restaurant with New Ownership!!! Service not good, terrible parking. The food taste different.

It looked like management has changed and the food quality has gone down hill. It is no longer the same pho van it used to be.

Service was non existent. I went at 445pm and there was 0 customer service. I never got even a cup of water. Pho…..flavorless and bland at best. I eat pho a lot and this is one of the worst meals I’ve eaten and the lack of customer service seals the deal. Cannot recommend this place
Best place for pho
Best Pho in the bay area!!! The owner lady is amazing and treats everyone like family and the food is just plain amazing!!!!
Price always is about 30% cheaper than any other place, which is crazy because it's better than every other place.
This is a definition of hole in the wall restaurant in the middle of an industrial area!
Highly recommend!!!!
Prices keep going up, service keeps going down! Taste is not as good as before!

Extremely rich broth (roasted duck pho). One thigh, but more than sufficient for a $13.75 meal! Noodles are Al dente, but supposed to be cooked a little in hot broth. Low key, no frills establishment- felt like a step back in time in the best way possible. 10/10 experience, value and food! Hope to go back

Very basic dining experience at this family-owned restaurant. The pho soup was okay, but the noodles were a bit under cooked. The calamari was a miss, so don’t waste your money. Parking situation is very bad, as the small parking lot is shared with other local businesses, so you will have to find street parking and walk a bit. Located on a busy street in an industrial area, so be careful exiting the parking lot.
