Not good
Found a hair strand on a piece of popcorn chicken. Notified one of the employees, and they took the order back and brought out a new batch shortly after. Would have ordered other items from the menu if someone stopped and asked, but no one did. Food, aside from the popcorn chicken with hair on it, was ok.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I am (or was) a regular customer (not daily, but regular) but I had the worst experience dining here on my latest visit. I was given a wrong order and the server doesn’t even want to admit her mistake and gave a bad attitude after serving the right one. Server was replaced but she also gave a bad attitude taking her colleague’s side. I asked for her manager but they don’t want to (maybe because it will be bad on their records).

Our to go pho place! Great flavor, service was quick and friendly, would be amazing if they had tempura as a side or appetizer!

Shouldn’t even deserve a 1/5 star. Waiter got our order wrong so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my mom’s food to arrive. Waiter had a lot of attitude and rolled his eyes when asked for a new cup of water. Only had sriracha and hoisin sauce. Had a shard of plastic in my dad’s pho, but the waiters said “you know who did this” to each other so it was probably on purpose. Food was also very bland. Walmart deli has better food. Horrible experience. -10/10, praying no one tries again

This is my go-to Pho place. Their pho tastes consistent and they try their best to provide excellent service.

My favorite dish here is the combination of a vermicelli bown with additional order of beef broth. I take half of the noodle from the vermicelli and dip it in to the broth to make it feel like pho and just eat the other half as the original vermicelli. This way I do not have to make a difficult decision of pho or vermicelli.

Mexican staffs gonna ignore even you call them for order food. They will give you bad service while food are good. If you can't patient to wait 30min for order food or have ignore service from them you shouldn't come

I and my wife ordered two lemongrass pork chop at around 5:00 pm on 5/17/2024.We got dizzy and nausea at around 8:00 pm that night. Then we vomited more than 10 times and got low fever at around 11:00 pm. We took some water and medicines. The situation got better and no more vomiting the next day. But still felt sore all over. We tried to contact the restaurant, but no one answers the phone, and the one picked up the phone kept telling us that they can’t hear us.

We ordered two r24 pork chop online at 4:53 PM yesterday. After eating, both of us started vomiting more than 10 times from 8 PM, and my husband also developed a fever. We didn’t eat anything else besides your restaurant's food. We tried to call the restaurant to report it, but the restaurant staff pretended she can’t hear us voice. This is so ridiculous! We specifically came here to report this and hope for a reasonable response.

In my opinion, these are among the few places in the Bay Area where you can still find affordable pho. With many restaurants charging close to $20 for a regular pho, it's refreshing to find options like this. While it may not be the most authentic pho, it's a fantastic choice for those seeking quick and reasonably priced pho without compromising on quality or flavor.
