Fast food pho restaurants. It’s a good place to grab lunch on a weekday.

The spring rolls are a hit or miss.

I don’t recommend the meat(steak or brisket) for the pho, they pre cook it so it’s tough when it’s served. Tendon and tripe are both decently cooked.

Virtually no service except one person to take your order and someone else to bring your food. You pay at the cashier. I’m surprised they haven’t invested in a QR code ordering system.

The was the worst popcorn chicken I’ve had. It was very dry and hard to chew. It feels very old.
In addition, I also found the servers there quite rude. There was a sign that says “wait to be seated, but a bunch of staff saw me and just intentionally ignoring me for at least ten minutes.
When I ordered a drink at the counter, I politely tried to remind the staff that I wanted no sugar, and the person making the drinks abruptly said “can’t you see I’m busy making a bunch of drinks before you”? It feels like the staff were very stressed out and unorganized with their jobs, and they project the stress on the customers. I won’t be eating there again.

Really delicious Vietnamese food. I had to get the Banh Mi and I had to get the Pho. The sandwiches come with a little dipping bowl with the special kind of broth that makes an elevates the sandwich to the next level I've never seen anything like it really amazing stuff I would totally come back here again. They also have a Birria style Pho coming soon

Absolutely horrific experience at this pho restaurant! We waited 15 minutes without a single staff member coming to take our order, while THREE groups who arrived AFTER us were promptly served. It was blatantly obvious they were prioritizing others over us, and the treatment felt disgustingly racist. When I brought this up to the manager, she had the audacity to laugh in my face—completely unprofessional and dismissive. The staff’s attitude was appalling, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. This was hands-down the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had at a pho place. Save your time and money—don’t bring your family here unless you want to be ignored and disrespected. Never coming back!

Pretty nice pho and drink restaurant. The drinks look very good and big. The pho came out so fast and there was plenty of meat. The popcorn chicken was good but I wouldn’t order it again because the pieces were small, but it was fried well. The interior of the restaurant is so pretty too!

I’ve been here so many times and my must eat are the summer rolls. I love their tofu rolls with the peanut sauce. I could probably eat 100 of them 😂

I’d recommend the popcorn chicken too.
Last time I tried sweet chili fish plate which was pretty good. It came with side of soup which was the highlight. The flavors were so subtle and rich. Couldn’t stop slurping 😋🤤

We were a group of six, and they immediately accommodated us. Our server lady was awesome with customer service. After we placed our order, our food was served within 10 minutes top. We all had Phó, and it was delicious. This was our first time at this restaurant, and for sure we're coming back. This is now our favorite Phó restaurant!

BEWARE: They won’t write down your order—and they won’t correct it when they get it wrong.

I’m writing this as someone who’s been a loyal customer, dining in 2–3 times a week for months. This place used to be my favorite spot, hands down. I’ve recommended it to countless people and was always happy to support it.

But today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the lean brisket and beef rib pho—a slight splurge for me, as I don’t usually get the rib—but when my food came out, it was just the plain brisket pho. I figured it was an honest mistake and politely let my server know.

Here’s where it went downhill: she came back and told me that because she misheard me, and because the food had already been brought out, they wouldn’t be able to give me the correct order. I was stunned. At what restaurant is a customer held accountable for a server’s mistake?

I wasn’t rude, I didn’t cause a scene—I just wanted the meal I actually ordered. The fact that they wouldn’t make it right, especially for someone who comes in multiple times a week and is recognized by the staff, is honestly wild. The management’s refusal to fix such a small, fixable error says everything.

I hate to say it, but I won’t be recommending it anymore. Really unfortunate to be treated like that after months of loyalty. Food is always amazing but what a complete joke.
