Combination pho does not have meat balls and other selections, open till 10pm seems nighttime friendly. Price is bit lower than nearby average, but the taste is just soso. Mainly the soup is not authentic and plain.
The very best in town. I go the extra mile to pick up from this location. The quality of food and service is superior to any other Pho Hoa in the Bay Area. It can get very busy but it is always worth it.
This place is really good, very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice.
I highly recommend you gotta try them...
Their location is also awesome, just next door to a movie theater and many popular stores and restaurants.
