The worst employee ever! Very rude. No greeting, no conversation. After purchasing, I asked for receipt, he handed to me with attitude. Very rude! Won't come back again, even I like Pinkberry's frozen yogurt most. Very disappointed.

I used to be obsessed with Pinkberry and was so upset when all the locations in Atlanta shut down -- now there is only the airport location remaining and if you know how big ATL airport is -- no matter how frequently you go, you will pretty much never get to have Pinkberry's.Knowing the froyo trend is over -- I still know Pinkberry has a pretty decent presence in the West Coast so when I was in California, I knew I had to give them a stop. This Pinkberry is located inside the mall so it's perfect for anyone who wants to get a "healthy" dessert in after their walk/shop around the mall.I still to this day believe that the original tart flavor is undoubtedly the best flavor and I still think that Pinkberry has the best original tart flavor. I was able to put some toppings -- like mochi, strawberries and popping boba to make my froyo complete and voila!Employees who were working there were also very kind and friendly and I was able to get my frozen yogurt pretty quickly so thank you to the staff who was working there! While there isn't a froyo hype anymore, Pinkberry is ALWAYS a classic and I cannot wait to get some more of this when I get the chance!

Love love pinkberry! I didn't know that you could get a small size for free on your birthday! My favorite flavor is the tart and I love how they let you choose as many toppings As you like.

Hadn't had frozen yogurt in a while and this definitely hit the spot. The original tart yogurt is great paired with the fruit, mochi, and other toppings. Do know that the server will get the yogurt and toppings for you, probably for food safety. You also pay one price (it's not by weight). For a small cup its $5.99 with no toppings and $6.99 with toppings. Definitely stop by to grab some for a hot summer day.

I miss the Pinkberry near my house so much, but I go to Valley Fair frequently enough that I can have it when I want (and get a shopping trip in my schedule as well!). The pomegranate flavor is something so near and dear to my heart that invokes deep levels of nostalgia within me...This review will be about the berry Barbie flavor!!! I had to hurry over to this location as soon as this collaboration was unveiled. It has a slight Gogurt-like taste, but it wasn't something that I hated. I got it in a small size with sprinkles, mochi, and strawberries for my topping. They even have special pink sprinkles for the Barbie froyo, but I didn't spot them until it was too late :(. It was around $8 for the entire thing. It's so worth it to me, the service is quick and you can sit down and eat it at one of Valley Fair's seated areas or just take spoonfuls on the go.

The worker was very rude, my grandma was trying to look at the menu and my grandma asked the worker if she can read it to her she said, well! She (me) can read it! Don’t recommend if there 0 I would’ve gave this place a 0!?

Stopped by while shopping. Ive only had pinkberry once. The line was short. I tried the new barie flavor which was good, mango which was good as well. I stuck to my regular -- the original tart with strawberries , mangos, and cheesecake. I wanted the pineapples as well but they were turning colors. Other than that great service and it was delicious. I love that they include the calories on the menu as well.

Must try! If you are ok with yogurt, you will love the original flavor! The fruit is super fresh too!

Believe it or not, this was my FIRST time trying Pinkberry. I've only had Yogurtland and Pinkberry was life changing! They have limited flavors and toppings but everything was INCREDIBLE. I had their white peach and pomegranate froyo, it was SOO creamy. Anyways, I defintely recommend y'all check them out if you're in the area! Service was super friendly as well.

Came here for the first time and got a small mango with strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. The yogurt was pretty good, nice and tart with lots of mango flavor. The fruits tasted fresh and delicious. It was easy using a rewards account by giving either the account number or phone number. Pinkberry is a pretty good option for froyo if you want good flavor and know how much it costs ahead of time - sometimes my Yogurtland cups get out of control and it costs more than I expected.
