Poke House - Santa Clara

The poke at this place tasted pretty good, and the price was alright. Came here at night and sat on the outdoor tables and it was very nice vibes.

Tried their food for the first time and I reenjoyed it.
The food seemed quite fresh and tasty. Love the large selection of toppings they have as well.
I absolutely loved their wasabi which was the spiciest one I have tried so far.
I will be going there again.

Our go-to Poke chain in the Bay Area. Proportions are great for the price and they have a ton of fish and toppings options so lots of way to customize. We’ve never had an incorrect order from the Santa Clara location ever, and the food is always super fresh!

My family spent $55 here on three bowls. They were training employees. I went first and got a small bowl. My other family members went after me. No one offered me krab salad.

My other family members were offered it.

I went back before I took my first bite to ask for krab. The manager said no since the bowl was already “out.” I understand the hygiene issue.

So I asked for a scoop in a new bowl. I was told they’d have to charge me. Even though it was their mistake. I said they were training and can’t they make an exception. “No. Sorry.”

I will not come here again because of the poor service. Too bad because the food looks good.

And the tables outside are all unstable, so FYI for anyone who wants to enjoy their meal outside.

I didn’t eat here, but I came to pick up an order. The place was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was super nice. The food looked fresh, tasty, and healthy. I’ll definitely consider coming back to dine in next time!

Good staff portions and reasonable price and good fish

Awesome. This is pretty much our after-gym meal on Saturdays. Food quality has been consistently high and service friendly and quick.

Pretty solid Poke bowls.
Everything was fine, nothing was amazing but for the value it was good.
The salmon was fresh and if anything the rice was unironically the worst part.
Tuna was good too.
Lots of topping choices for free which I think is the norm but still. Overall I'd come again if I was in the area.

Ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:21pm. I didn’t receive until almost 5:30. 2 walking got their oders while 3 of us who ordered online waited for ours. Seems it would be faster to just walk in an order. There were 2 servers and one of them stopped working on our orders to serve the 2 walkins! Not happy.
