Efficient Service and Great Value Poke Bowls! I visited Poké House in Santa Clara on a Friday at noon, and despite the small interior and limited seating, the efficient staff made the experience smooth. The line was already forming when I arrived, indicating its popularity, though it might not be ideal for larger groups due to the limited space. The staff was quick to take orders, ensuring a fast turnover. I opted for a medium Poke Bowl priced at around $20, which I found to be reasonably priced considering the portion size and quality of ingredients. As a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary scoop of fake crab salad, adding to the value of my meal. One of the highlights was the variety of free add-ons available, allowing me to customize my bowl to my liking. Overall, Poké House offers efficient service, great value for money, and tasty poke bowls, making it a worthwhile dining option for poke enthusiasts in Santa Clara.

Bad and unfriendly customer service. I came 10mins before 11am to grab my lunch before heading to work, but the store was opened 10mins late.

One of the worst poke house locations. Staff was rude, who threw the utensils almost at my face when I requested for one. They also gave a small bowl when I purchased a medium bowl. Wouldn't go back again. The poke poke fish bar or other poke house locations provide a much better customer experience.

Poke house has always been my go to when it comes to fresh poke in the Bay Area. Sadly with everything increasing the prices, fresh poke has definitely sky rocketed with their bowls ranging from S- $15.70, M- $17.95, and L- $20.20. However today I decided to try other options on their menu. What I ordered: Salmon shoyu hand roll (4/5): the portions are huge, I was very skeptical about the portion size in the beginning but they hooked it up. It comes down to $6.25 for a roll which at first I thought was crazy for a traditional hand-roll, but it blew my mind once I saw it. In my honesty it felt like the salmon was really warm and wasn't cold to my liking and I would like my salmon to be a bit more flavorful. Spicy tuna hand roll (5/5): just like the salmon hand roll, I was very impressed by their fish to rice ratio. But with the spicy tuna you can definitely taste more flavor and spice marinated into the tuna. I was really impressed with this one the most out of both of them. Overall, this isn't a bad place to come by for the Poke. I saw their reviews recently and wanted to see for myself. It's safe to say that I still stand by it when I say this place is still my go to for poke. If you're in the area, give this place a try!!

Poor quality fish - I couldn't finish my meal.Looks like a takeout place but prices don't match the quality or service at all! Go elsewhere!

Pretty expensive, especially unchilled sodas ($3.25). Food is fresh, tasty.

The miso salmon is good and the sauce is good. Prices decent. Workers are super nice. I was helped by a worker named Mia, she was super nice and helpful.

**3.5 to 4 stars** I'm a fan of the Poke House franchise. This location in particular has been hit or miss for me. I rarely deviate from my order, so some days I find it super tasty and other days I find it kinda watery and flavorless. This Poke House does get very busy during the weekday lunch hour. Beware and be patient. The staff are all really efficient and nice. Regardless it's still the better of the two poke shops in the area. Would recommend!

This place is expensive, but they hook it up! $20+ for a large (4 scoops of protein) +$2 for seaweed salad +$2.50 for avocado The black gentlemen working here jam packed the scoops of fish. Even if it was a $25 bowl, I left strangely with a smile.

We ordered takeout for large make your own with 4 scoops. Generally good poke with large amount of food, despite the tuna and salmon is a bit fishy.
