Coming back from testing, ended up passing this on the way home and noticed it was gone gone. Location was arite for this place since it was near a couple of schools and good for the cheap eats. Problem was this place was always laggin, everytime I went, they would take so long making my order. Hopefully they introduce a local business instead of a franchise so that things feel more homey in the area.

always extremely extremely slow service, the slowest service in Bay Area. Will never go again. Order a 2pc chicken combo wait for 20 mins. The chicken was right there. At then end, somehow the biscuit is still not ready, just left. Worst experience!

I ordered online the family meal at 8 I got my stuff but they didn't want to give me my biscuits like it shows online the kid Idk what he was Indian didn't want to be there so that kid is no good he has a gold chain

This is the second time I have ordered chicken and biscuits from this location... the biscuits are always burnt and extremely hard. When you call this location, no one ever answers the phone. Go to another Popeyes... Don't waste your money here!

I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. It's pretty good for the price but it's not worth waiting in long lines like people were doing for a while. Average fast food restaurant. It's good for that type of restaurant.
Sloppy restaurant. Sloppy staff except for the one female working. One of the employee had his mask half off the whole time. Lazy.

Too expensive for a measly 3 piece chicken tenders dinner. Ranch dressing costs extra and now the 3 pc tenders only comes with one side. Not much food for 11+ dollars. Very dissatisfied.

horrible. place order using official app, arrive in store. staff simply ignore my order and let other people who apparently later than mine to have their order..I wait for half an hour. manager also not responding. avoid this branch

It was just as bad as the other reviews I ordered two 5 pc spicy strips and the cashier was helpful, but the other employee looked frustrated that I got that. He even was cussing to the cashier under his breath after 2 mins of me just standing there till they decide to cook them. The cashier that helped me apologized for his rude coworker
